Ismail is a great host! Very friendly and helpful 😊 the place is clean and in a good location - close to the center and all the convenient spots.

Cons:

Our stay was very pleasant but I wish there was authentic or traditional coffee instead of instant one.

Ktisis is a really nice hotel, a beautiful traditional building with comfortable and clean rooms near the bustling bazaar. The staff is helpful and easy going which made me feel welcomed. I really enjoyed my stay.

Gerek İsmail Bey olsun gerek Cengiz Bey olsun sağolsunlar çok yardımcı oldular. Oda çok temizdi. Bu konuda içim çok rahattı. Güler yüz ve işini çok iyi yapmaları bu zamanda bana çok iyi geldi. Kahvaltısı da harikaydı. Kendimi bir an evimde hissettim. Başta rezervasyon yaparken tereddüt etsem de bundan sonra Urfa'ya gittiğimde konaklayacağım tek yer olacak. Her şey için teşekkürler...

Şanlıurfa misafirliğini ara sokaktaki yeni elden geçmiş bir konakta sessiz, konforlu ve iyi bir ev sahipliğiyle geçirdik, aslına uygun elden geçmiş mimarisiyle tüm odalarda aynı kalitede hizmeti alabiliyorsunuz, aile işletmesi olmasından sebep herşeyi iyi bir şekilde yaşamanıza çalışıyorlar. Köy kahvaltısı da şahaneydi.Otopark hizmeti de birçok işletmeye nazaran vardı.Bir dahaki urfa seyahatimizde yine buraya geleceğiz, şiddetle öneririz.
