Das wahrscheinlich schönste Hotel in Kars
Pros:

Stilvolles, gepflegtes Hotel in schöner Lage mit Blick auf die Festung. Am Ende der Atatürk Caddesi, wo es zahlreiche gute Restaurants, Cafés und Spezialitätenläden gibt (vor allem den lokalen und beliebten Käse). Das Frühstück gefiel mir gut.

Очень хорошее расположение, вполне комфортные номера, отзывчивый персонал

Cons:

Нет кондиционера, с открытым окном было комфортно по температуре, но было шумно с улицы. Парковка есть, но до нее метров 200, поставить машину около отеля проблематично.

The best in Kars
Pros:

All staff are very friendly and warm people. Erbil ağabey showed a great hospitality to all guests and they could have a relaxing evening. The location isn the heart of the ancient town. Highly recommended.

Everything was great except one thing.

Cons:

When I entered the room I discovered a quite large bug on the bed, it was not very appetizing. But it was only one, it made its way through the open window probably.

Zaduch i gorąc w pokojach oraz głośność z ulicy oraz urządzeń wentylacyjnych z okolicznych budynków. Okno mały lufcik przez który nie ma możliwości wietrzenia oraz całkowity brak klimatyzacji

La atención del personal fue excelente.
La habitación muy cómoda. La ubicación es excepcional.
La limpieza bien pero no excelente sino q es mejorable.
No se cuáles serán sus normas porque opino según criterios europeos conocidos y quizá allí no sean los mismos pero me sorprendió que no se hiciera la habitación mientras estás allí alojado.
El desayuno estupendo.
Salvo lo de la limpieza mejorable, fue una estancia estupenda. Gracias

Pros:

Splendida struttura in palazzo storico ottimamente ristrutturato, all'inizio della via principale di Kars.
Buona pulizia, letti comodi, bagno molto grande con doccia molto spaziosa e perfettamente funzionante.

Cons:

Le nostre camere erano al piano superiore con presenza solo di una di finestra piccola sulla copertura spiovente (che rimane o completamente aperta o completamente chiusa).
Nonostante abbiamo lasciato la finestra aperta le camere erano molto calde anche se la temperatura esterna non era molto elevata.

Cons:

No AC ( since the building is historical, it's acceptable but it was really hot in roof. Breakfast was also disappointing. Instead of full table breakfast, please prepare full plate and serve. With current style, it takes so long to serve and wasting too much food.

Great value for the price on best location in cars. Comfy beds, clean bathroom and room. Good breakfast.

Cons:

one of our rooms had a main street view and was noisy, second room had window but outside of it was only closed space - ao the room had not fresh air - although they offered us a fan to resolve this problem.
