Pros:

Splendida struttura in palazzo storico ottimamente ristrutturato, all'inizio della via principale di Kars.
Buona pulizia, letti comodi, bagno molto grande con doccia molto spaziosa e perfettamente funzionante.

Cons:

Le nostre camere erano al piano superiore con presenza solo di una di finestra piccola sulla copertura spiovente (che rimane o completamente aperta o completamente chiusa).
Nonostante abbiamo lasciato la finestra aperta le camere erano molto calde anche se la temperatura esterna non era molto elevata.

Great location

Cons:

No AC ( since the building is historical, it's acceptable but it was really hot in roof. Breakfast was also disappointing. Instead of full table breakfast, please prepare full plate and serve. With current style, it takes so long to serve and wasting too much food.

Pros:

Great value for the price on best location in cars. Comfy beds, clean bathroom and room. Good breakfast.

Cons:

one of our rooms had a main street view and was noisy, second room had window but outside of it was only closed space - ao the room had not fresh air - although they offered us a fan to resolve this problem.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Insgesamt fand ich weder Hotel noch Zimmer besonders einladend. Klobrille und Waschbecken wackelten, im Schrank kaputte Kleiderbügel. Ein Fenster zum 2qm Innenhof/Schacht, der oben mit Glasplatten versiegelt ist.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

This is a very good hotel with very good service. Two minor downsides for us: the rooms were warm after noon during our stay, and there is no lift. The stairs were difficult for senior guests (ages 65 and 67), particularly when carrying luggage downstairs. With better room cooling and luggage help, it would be perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Breakfast was quite good, room was little, but very nice and really clean :D

Cons:

I asked them some question because of Ani and the bus terminal (actually there are different terminals). They showed very few interest to help me. For Ani, they wanted me to book an tourist guide they know and for the bus terminal, they just told me to take a taxi.

I shifted out of this hotel around midnight to the fact that my room was a oven ,had no fresch air ,speak oxygen, there was a windows that was open , it was a light shaft but had no opening to fresh air. The noise pollution was out of this world, doors banging, people on their phone talking as if they are next to you,there is no insulation between the rooms and hallways. I went down and complained, asked for another room, got offer one with a window but a wall behind the window, why have a window there in the first place.. They knew my room was hot, around 25 degree ,and offered me a bottle of cold water. There is no Ac, according to them that is an old building, is all timber inside including the stairs and they have a no smoking policy but nobody cares, the place is a hostel with private rooms nothing else. I made my decision to leave the place and find onother hotel in the middle of the night, it was not what I booked in the first place. I hope Booking.com comes clean and repayes me the money what they collected for their client,wait and see ,not a happy customer
