Convenient, comfortable, and charming hotel in the historic center of Brussels. Strongly recommend.
Pros:

Charming local hotel in a very convenient area inside the historic center of Brussels. The room was immaculatelyt clean, with big windows, lots of light and fresh air, a comfortable bed, and a good bathroom. The breakfast is excellent and the staff both helpful and welcoming. The location is excellent--I walked all over the city. The metro station is half a block away too and very easy to use. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

Nothing. Even with the balcony window open, the neighborhood was quiet by 10 pm. The staff helped me with my old-person difficulty with the electronic keypad and all was well.

Pros:

The location was really good, restaurants are close by and the area is very nice, with bars and cafes not too far away. Around a 10 min walk from grand place.

Cons:

The double bed was okay, but not really comfortable. Pillows were not great. The room safe was also very small, no room to fit a laptop.

Convenient location and comfortable accommodations
Pros:

Staff was pleasant and very helpful, providing me with an unsolicited upgrade to my room. The property is conveniently located to almost everything to see in Brussels. The room was comfortable and exceptionally quiet. Really great place!

Vier wunderschöne Tage in Brüssel
Pros:

Top Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Die Metro Station ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Das Frühstück war toll und der Service einfach super freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
