Better than a hotel.
Pros:

Location is fantastic. One bed frame had an issue and it was promptly handled.

Cons:

Matresses are thin and uncomfortable, but not unbearable. Locks were changed during my stay without warning. Luckily the main office was still open and Nelly was very helpful with getting me the new keys.

Next to everything you need, safe location and family friendly.
Pros:

Location and the security of the location, using key fobs to gain entrance and to exit. I also enjoyed the free parking for guests, as we stayed for two weeks, and having security in the building each night.

Cons:

I did not like that the dryer was broken; I had to tape it shut in order for the door to stay closed. If I am staying more than 13 days, I expect enough tissue and paper towels, along with trash bags, to last me. It took them 5 days to bring me a vacuum cleaner for my room. The carpet could have been a little cleaner, and the chair on the balcony had black stuff in it.

El conserje de la noche muy atento y servicial, el departamento cómodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario
