Average stay, beside the A/C heater other things is still ok for me.
Pros:

The neighbourhood and locations, 5 min walks to convenient store and train station

Cons:

We travel during winter, the A/C heater maybe is not power enough to cover the entire room end up it was pretty cold at night.

We enjoy our stay in the hotel.

Near Koiwa Station, Malls and convenience stores. There’s a bus going to Disney Resort.

Cons:

Narita Limousine Bus has limited schedule going to the hotel / Narita Airport

The location is superb . It is near to convini, restaurants, train station nd bus station. Overall it was a very wonderful accommodation.

Pros:

Affordability and relatively close to station. Quick 10 min walk.

Cons:

The flights up the stairs were pretty steep and narrow. Very tiring when carrying multiple luggages

Excellent stay and great space for 2 adults and 1 child.
Pros:

Location of the Hotel was great and easy access to the Koiwa Train Station which was 10 mins walk away.
Quiet neighbourhood with supermarkets and 24 hour chemist and convenience store nearby.
