Pros:

Great location, apartment, and pool. Thomas was very kind and helped with any issues

Cons:

The water pressure wasn’t great, and there was a leak in the windows. No big deal at all. There were issues with ants, I have never seen so many especially being on 4th floor.

Pros:

Only bonus was it's convenient location to the airport, that's about it and the only real reason we booked.

Cons:

We were sharing the room with bugs, both rooms (we booked interconnecting) had cobwebs everywhere, bugs all over the floor and desk. Outside in the hallway you can see a trail of ants only for us to get in our rooms to see that trail leading into our room and into the bathroom. Bed was stained, duvet sheets had holes, and the mattress was just firm.

The booking was just a means to an end.

location is terible it says city center but isnt anywhere near that I coulve gotten way better located hotels for a fraction of the price. The room felt cheap and the toilets stank. The balcony looked out onto some industrial roof.

Good place to stay
Pros:

I only stayed a night as I had an early bus transfer in the morning. The staff were friendly, room was clean, not far from the bus station (transfer to Koh Phangan).
