We had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options and good quality throughout. We would also like to highlight the friendliness and hospitality of the staff, who were always welcoming and helpful, making us feel very comfortable during our visit.
The only minor drawback is that the hotel is not located directly in the city centre of Gyumri. However, this was not a significant issue, as the centre can be reached in less than a 10-minute walk, making it still very convenient for exploring the city.

De receptioniste was heel vriendelijk en professioneel. Ze sprak goed Engels (het beste van alle receptionistes die we in Armenië hebben ontmoet). Het hotel is zeer netjes en de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, zoals de ontbijtzaal, zien er nieuw uit.
Op sommige avonden was er luide muziek uit het restaurant beneden, wat we boven in de kamer hoorden. We konden op de gang gelukkig wel de deur naar het trappenhuis dichtdoen, wat hielp tegen het geluid.
Het hotel is niet heel centraal gelegen (ongeveer 15 minuten wandelen tot het centrum, wat voor ons acceptabel was).
Хорошие завтраки, очень чисто и тихо. Хорошие матрасы. Ресторан очень хороший, живая музыка (мини концерт). Рекомендую!!!!

Η τοποθεσία του ειναι καπως μακριά απο τη κεντρική πλατεία.

Stanze ampie, pulite, belle e molto confortevoli. Colazione abbondante, servita in un ambiente molto bello. La struttura è nuova e molto curata.
