Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at KUMA Hotel. I had visited the restaurant before, and this time I chose to stay at the hotel as well. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was fresh and delicious.

The restaurant is excellent—the food, presentation, service, and attention to detail were all outstanding.

Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back!

Cons:

Cons: Honestly, the only downside is that both the hotel and beautiful Gyumri make you want to come back again and again. 😊

Pros:

Sehr grosses Zimmer. Spielzone für Kinder und Erwachsene :-), auch Puzzles und UNO Karten.
Spielplatz draussen etwas kaputt. Den Massagestuhl in Zimmer hätten wir jetzt nicht gebraucht. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Ausziehsofa, ging gut mit zwei Kindern.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet war jedes Mal anders aufgebaut und kam etwas lieblos daher. Duschtür hielt das Wasser nicht zurück.

I would consider it a fair type of stay. Definitely not a four star rating for the hotel.
Pros:

It was a decent type of breakfast. I little problem with the time that they offered breakfast. The 08:30 time is way too late. During check in I requested to have breakfast prepared to take away on the last day of my stay due to my plane living around 10:00 which meant I had to be at the local airport around 08:00 in the morning. At check out I asked for the breakfast in a box, but nothing was prepared. The main excuse was that they run out of breakfast boxes and they did not have something to put it inside. But if I wanted to I could go in the dining lounge at that moment to get something. No prior warning or note for me to know about it so I could manage my time accordingly.

Cons:

No chair or small table in the room where you could set your luggage on and unload. Housekeeping did not entered in to our room to make the beds or check if any supplies needed replenishing. There was only less than half a roll of toilet paper for three people when we entered the room.
