Un très bel hôtel à Gyumri, confortable et soigné jusque dans les détails
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, bien situé à Gyumri, avec des prestations particulièrement soignées. Notre chambre était très spacieuse, joliment décorée et équipée d’une literie très confortable. Belle surprise également avec le fauteuil massant dans la chambre !

Excellent petit-déjeuner buffet, varié et servi dans une très belle salle. Le personnel à l’accueil est sympathique et agréable.

Todo perfecto; hotel de 10, comodidad, tranquilidad, limpieza, amplitud de la habitación. El desayuno estupendo.

Cons:

Las chicas de la recepción, bastante secas y breves en el trato. Subieron a comprobar que estaba todo correcto; hasta entonces no podíamos irnos. Primera vez que me ocurre mi vida viajera: no poder hacer check out hasta verificar la habitación.

Un séjour qui restera un très bon souvenir
Pros:

Très bon accueil et grande disponibilité du personnel; la chambre , le petit déjeuner et les diners étaient de très bonne qualité.Nous avons d'ailleurs prolongé notre séjour par une nuit supplémentaire.

Приятный отель в пешей досягаемости от туристического центра
Pros:

Хорошее расположение - до центра можно дойти пешком, при этом в номере тихо. Паркинг перед входом (т.к. в отеле есть ресторан, по вечерам все места м.б. заняты, но можно чуть в стороне встать).
В номере очень чисто, все нужное есть. Хороший напор воды в душе.
Кровати удобные.
Отличный сытный завтрак!
Вечером можно поужинать в ресторане при отеле (правда, обслуживание оооочень неспешное).

Cons:

Когда принимаешь душ, пластиковой загородки недостаточно, вода брызгает на пол.
