Stressful check in process
Cons:

Check in was not a smooth process. I put my card details when i book the room for payment. I booked this room as gift for a friend. On his arrival he was asked to pay the fee whether in cash or card because they stopped online payment through booking.com
It was very unnecessary stress and embarrassment as my friend ended up paying for his stay.
The staff was not cooperative at this issue and was rude while I am on the phone.
Also the amount we have been charged is more than what was sent in the confirmation email.

سيئ جداً التكييف لايعمل نمت بالحر وكان يوم متعب وبلغت موظف الاستقبال المصري وعدني يحل المشكله .. الغرفه وسخه وحشرات طائره والمفرش لونه اسود عشان لايتضح الوسخ .. ايضاً الوايفاي ضعيف بالطابق6 .. لايوجد صابون يدين وايضا ايقضوني من الساعه 11:30 للخروج بطلب من شيماء وكل شوي يطرقون على الباب لايوجد صبر الفندق الاخر يسمح لك تقريبا نص ساعه او ساعه وقت اضافي للخروج … وايضا عند خروجي الفني كان يصلح الاصنصير متعطل .. للمعلومه الفندق دورين الخامس وسادس
