Great venue looking forward to staying there again

The staff are fantastic...very helpful. Pub is modern in a great location...excellent selection of beer in particular mid strength beer Great Northern Super Crisp 3.5?

Cons:

The outside inside smokers room is defective with heavy cigarette smoke blowing into the main bar infecting the entire bar....patrons and staff breath cigarette 🚬 smoke in all day. Smoking room needs to be sealed off from main bar. Cigarette 🚬 smoke is overwhelming at times

For the price the noise from the pub and resultant lack of sleep pretty disappointing.

Staff were extremly friendly and room was great
Pros:

The size of the room was excellent and proximity to main street is great, your staff in all areas were exceptionally helpful and friendly

Cons:

The room and hallways have a damp smell and maybe continuous spray would be helpful. Bathroom could be a little bigger.

It was ok.
Pros:

Room was good and met out needs, which as a family of 5 is many beds. The beds were lovely and comfy. Bathroom and kitchenette small but enough for our 1 night stay.

Cons:

It would have been nice to know that live music was happening downstairs until the wee hours of the morning. Hard when travelling with young kids.
Unfortunately, we also ate at the Bistro downstairs, where the food was extremely salty. The staff were fantastic and made accommodations for us. But the main meals were inedible.
So travelling for 5 hrs to get there, no dinner and a poor nights sleep did not make for a fantastic stay for our family,

Pros:

The hotel was in a good location

Cons:

Missing the simple things, no bed side lights, just one very bright room light with the only switch by the door. Vertical blinds and no curtains, as dawn broke the light came in. An exceptionally small bathroom, missing toilet brush
