枕頭髒、飲水機又舊又髒，沙發訂了加大雙人房，空盪空間沒有擺飾空空的一片，沙發坐下去往下沉

晚班機10點半Check in很疲憊，牙刷放上個飯店，到櫃檯詢問，叫我去買牙刷因政府規定，11點才入住還希望旅客自己操作自動check in機，通常飯店都有備品，聽到櫃檯沒溫度的回應，感覺很差
