Ruhige Lage

Cons:

Service fehlte, kein Zimmerservice von Sa bis Dienstag, fehlender Lampenschirm im Bad, unbesetzte Information, obwohl sie ab 7.00 Uhr besetzt sein sollte, keine Rückmeldung auf Anruf bei genannter Nummer. Sehr unpersönlich.

We decided to choose Bonn over Cologne and Frankfurt. We were not disappointed. I
Pros:

Breakfast was very adequate and reasonably priced for Australians like us. Our hotel and room were very appreciated. And we were able to walk to the station and into the city centre. Convenient for people of our age (77&75).

Cons:

Language is always a problem and it was difficult as English was not able to be communicated to and from the Staff. Having said that the staff tried and they were very polite and helpful and interested in us.

Pros:

War eine sehr gute Lage, Zimmer sauber. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit geteiltem Bad gebucht, und auch das war sauber. Ich hatte sogar in meinem Zimmer ein Waschbecken und eine Dusche.

Cons:

Die Wände sind recht dünn, und ich konnte meinen Nachbar die Nacht über beim husten zuhören.

Gute Lage, sauberes Zimmer und guter Preis

Cons:

Rezeption zu Öffnungszeiten teils nicht besetzt, keine Möglichkeit dadurch Gepäck abzustellen, keine Kommunikation selbst über die „in dringenden Fällen“ angegebene Nummer geht nur eine Mailbox ran und es gibt keinen Rückruf. Beim schließen der Tür hatte ich die Klinke in der Hand. Sehr kleine Zimmer
