Pros:

整體該有的設備都有，像是獨立衛浴、冷氣、電視、冰箱，也有提供毛巾、洗髮精、沐浴乳等盥洗用品，這價格真的沒什麼好挑剔的°

Cons:

一進房就聞到濃濃的菸味，在入住前員工已經有把窗戶打開了，但是菸味之濃厚甚至比KTV還厲害，入住後關上窗戶開著冷氣循環，出門4個小時後回來味道還是一樣糟糕；另外房內的隔音效果有夠差，走廊上行人的聲音、隔壁房內的動靜都聽得一清二楚，晚上12點入睡，大概隔沒幾個小時就會被吵醒一次，後來睡到受不了起床發現才早上7點，沒有補到眠的感覺；床墊的外層塑膠包裝也沒有拆掉，翻身都是塑膠包裝摩擦的聲響。

在巷弄內但走路二分鐘到街上，不知是否帶寵物關係，安排的房間跟網路上有些不一樣，可預約停車150/天，寵物要加清潔費200
Pros:

地點方便，走路二分鐘到熱鬧街上，吃的喝的很多
