Overall, very pleased, recommend!
Pros:

Very good and helpful staff. Also housekeeping was excellent, surprise gifts for children, flowers, fresh fruit, we were very pleased!

Cons:

All was perfect except the location was a little questinable, as there were no restaurants/shops you could walk and also family mart was closed by 9PM.

Pros:

La camera, il servizio al desk, il checkout, la disponibilità del personale.

Cons:

Solo poche personale parla inglese, sono arrivato alle 14 a mangiare e il ristorante Cantonese aveva appena chiuso. Mi hanno rifiutato, ovviamente.

Spacious room, good location.

Cons:

The tables during breakfast wasn't setup after usage. Staff in the restaurant were busy with their stuff instead of proactively attending to guests. The bed is good, but pillow is too soft.

Pros:

Molto bella e pulita. La posizione è defilata dal centro ma a soli 500 metri dalla fermata della metropolitana.

Cons:

Si perdono nelle piccolezze: che non ci sia il bidè me lo aspettavo, ma addirittura la mancanza dello scovolino del bagno e’ intollerabile per un hotel simile.
