Amazing place, a bit outside of the city but still ok.
In the GYM you need to pay for the water.

The location is manageable but only way to get to places on time was to catch a didi. Not complaining because the property itself is so worth it
Хороший отель, в номере есть всё что надо, завтраки хорошие, ассортимент большой, много китайской еды, а вот европейской чуть меньше, есть 2 бассейна, один на улице но не глубокий (80см) для детей и второй внутри для взрослых . Сам отель хороший, уборка в номере ежедневно, в номере всё чисто. Есть даже гладильная доска, есть чай и кофе. Отель уютный, есть ресторан на -1 этажей.
Персонал вроде нормальный, но вот на завтраках убирают плохо, приходишь на завтрак и много столов не убрано после посетителей и ищешь чистый стол или просишь чтобы конкретный стол убрали, а вообще столов не много и часто бывало что все столы заняты или подсаживаешься за чужой стол а нас 4 человека и порой завтракали за разными столами, что не удобно. Завтрак с 7:00-10:00, не очень удобно что до 10:00 завтрак, а после 9:00 многие блюда не докладывают или напитки не подливают в общую посуду, например молоко кончилось так и не налили хотя просил. Для 5 звездочного касяк с завтраками не простительно. Ещё так как отель находиться от магазинов далеко, пришлось на ресепшене заказать доставку, так везли 2 часа, что для Китая не понятно, это персонал на ресепшен тупанул.

Una joya para ir en plan negocios, ubicado muy cerca del Centro de Convenciones de Shanghai, y todo lo que necesitas para luego de un duro dia de trabajo, piscina cubierta, descubierto, gym, SPA, las habitaciones comodísimas, el personal super amable, restaurante en el hotel con muy buenos platos y abundantes y a precio acomodado, todo perfecto.. Y el desayuno, INMEJORABLE...
Si vas con familia o de turismo, no esta cerca de los lugares emblemáticos, por lo que vas a tener que usar Didi, que es económico, no se del transporte publico por que no lo utilicé.

On our first day, after checking in, we found the previous guest's plastic bottle on the floor on the side of the bed, along with a rotting lemon.
Supposedly new towel, but had some blood stains on it. Also, a pillow had not been cleaned properly.

Restaurant is a bit of a cash grab and printing costs 1 euro for two pieces of paper. Expect to pay a lot more than what you paid for your rooms.
The interior is beautiful though and there is a pool, though the pool is full of parents teaching their children how to swim (These people are not hotel guests, they are local residents), which is not something I expect when going to a hotel to relax.
The grand classic design and room is large, bed is comfortable
the room carpet smells and the corridor smells of heavy cigarettes smoke, feels like I am walking into a night club. Location is good just that it’s far from the train station. Aircond was a bit warm.
We had a wonderful few days stay. Hotel was amazing , so large and very easy to get lost in. The staff on check in where very friendly and the foyer had lots of beautiful flower arrangements .Our room was huge , bed so comfortable . It was lovely to wake up each morning early and watch sunrise. Breakfast was fabulous, lots of choice, dining space also huge and spacious. Also tried evening buffet dinner , again good value and lots of choice.
The fitness area was huge , gyms with personal trainer , classes if you want. The pool area outside was also good as weather was quite warm. Also for those wanting other activities , there was mini golf , tennis and squash courts.
Did notice people at breakfast filling up their bags with items off buffet.

Carpet is old and dirty. The glasses were dirty. Air conditioner was weak.

Very good and helpful staff. Also housekeeping was excellent, surprise gifts for children, flowers, fresh fruit, we were very pleased!
All was perfect except the location was a little questinable, as there were no restaurants/shops you could walk and also family mart was closed by 9PM.
