La atención recibida por la encargada de desayunos, muy agradable y atenta.

Cons:

Que habia reservado cama de matrimonio y nos dieron 2 camas juntas y al consultar nos indicaron que era por ir con nuestra mascota... que las habitaciones para clientes con mascota siempre son 2 camas. Igual deberían informarlo antes. Por lo demás, todo bien.

Ruhig, Ambiente Innenhof, Einrichtungsstil, nettes hilfsbereiten Personal

Cons:

Check-In an der Rezeption nur Self-Check-in.
Es gab Computerprobleme bei Eingabe der Nationalität...eine Fortsetzung des Check-In war nicht möglich. Schlussendlich hat uns ein spanischer Hotelgast das Rezeptionspersonal telefonisch geholt. Der ganze Prozess hat ärgerlich unnötig lange gedauert. Nicht schön als erster Eindruck. Anschließend war aber dann alles absolut zufriedenstellend.

Pros:

Sauberkeit war Top! Terasse wo man Abendessen oder frühstücken konnte was auch sehr schön!

Cons:

Es wurde wegen ein kleines Kissen mitgeteilt, denen ich beim Abreise im Hotel vergessen habe. Danach kam leider keine Rückmeldung. Ansonsten war alles okay.
