Good location, staff are really helpful and friendly especially the guys Shahbaz and Shamsdin.
We had a wonderful welcoming by Mr. Shahbaz by coffee menu in roof cafe.
Small rooms even the VIP rooms, old facilities, elevator doesn’t have stop in ground floor.

I had a wonderful 11-night stay at this hotel in Istanbul. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the hotel’s location was perfect. We were able to walk to many of Istanbul’s main attractions, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
A special thanks to Shamseddin, Shahbaz, and Ali for their exceptional hospitality. They were always kind, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Overall, we had a very good stay. The hotel itself is a bit outdated and the rooms are not very large, but what truly made the difference was the staff. Yasser, Ali, Shah, Shames, and the entire team were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. They are the hotel's greatest asset, and honestly, they are the main reason I would choose to stay here again.
The Wi-Fi was quite slow during our stay. We didn't mention it to the staff, so they might have been able to help if we had asked. Other than that, we had a positive experience.
Przestronny pokój. Wygodne łóżko. Bardzo miły i uczynny personel. Dobry kontakt. Dobra lokalizacja hotelu. Widok z okna. Dobre śniadania. Jadalnia z możliwością korzystania w ciągu dnia. Taras na dachu. Bardzo dobra relacja ceny do jakości. I zawsze można było otrzymać dobrą kawę 😀

Персонал 1000/10, ребята готовы были придти на помощь 24/7, были доброжелательны и организовали уют, как дома. Расположение отеля, отличное, в пешей доступности остановка трамвая, автобуса, чуть дальше станция метро, все в пределах 10-15 минут ходьбы максимум. Отличный интернет, работал-видеозвонки тянул на 5+. Завтраки без изысков, но сытные и свежие, есть терраса и домашняя чайка.
Чуть уставший интерьер и сантехника, но не критично.

Bardzo fajny hotel, miła i serdeczna obsługa która była zawsze uśmiechnięta i chętna do pomocy, pyszne śniadania, czystość w pokojach które były codziennie sprzątane, bardzo fajny taras z widokiem na miasto i morze, możliwość wypicia pysznej kawy czy herbaty przez cały dzień, bardzo blisko metra, blisko centrum i różnych restauracji gdzie można dobrze i smacznie zjeść, obsługa jest najlepsza, pozdrawiamy
Everything was abousoltly amazing the room was clean and the staff were extreamly freidnly and very good to us. Our room came with a lovely view and anything we asked from the staff met our needs 100%. I reccomend this hotel any everyone very good staff and very good location and also very good breakfast food and the manager is super friendly and welcoming making us like at home ! The manager shahbass very very good to us

Excellent breakfast and a great location within walking distance of major attractions such as Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace.
There was some mild noise from the surrounding restaurants until around midnight to 1 a.m., but it was something you could get used to.
Overall, I rate it very positively.
