Comfortable, clean, conveniently located, pleasant staff.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, close to public transportation and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Everything was comfortable, and the staff were especially pleasant. A special thanks to Alina for her hospitality and responsiveness to any questions we had. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean, cozy, and well-maintained.

Gerçekten çok güzel bir konaklama geçirdik 🥹 Otelin atmosferi çok sıcak ve huzurluydu. Çalışan herkes o kadar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü ki kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Casa Florya. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The cafe had a lovely atmosphere, and the breakfast was both delicious and carefully prepared. I would definitely recommend it.

Может быть немного шумно, но я жил на первом этаже, близко к ресепшену, в целом это не было проблемой.

I had an incredible stay. The staff work hard to provide the best experience possible in a short time, the café is wonderful, and the breakfast served there is excellent. The atmosphere is also very pleasant. The cleanliness of the rooms and the fact that everything shown in the photos was exactly the same in reality was exactly what I wanted. The area is quiet, safe, and transportation to everywhere is very easy. I definitely recommend this place to everyone and would like to thank you for everything.

Удобное расположение отеля, район чистый и не шумный, не далеко метро, торговый центр и набережная. Отличный вай фай, прекрасный матрац и подушки, всегда есть горячая вода и весь необходимый набор посуды. Русскоговорящая администратор Алина огромная умничка многое подскажет и поможет.

Cons:

В день отъезда сказали, что завтрак не положен, такое я встречаю впервые. Я жила в очень многих отелях и везде в день отъезда завтрак был включён.

Great Location & Cozy Atmosphere
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Florya. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well organized. The location is peaceful while still being close to central areas. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We especially loved the breakfast and the cozy garden atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Florya.

Беше сравнително чисто

Cons:

стаята беше много малка въпреки че пишеше че е 20кв . Платих повече за двойна делук но няма разлика със стандартна. Закуската е на открито и е доста студено и нямаш право на избор за храна . Не плащайте повече за двойна делук защото ше получите страндартна !!!!

Несмотря на короткое двухдневное пребывание, очень понравилось, что персонал отеля клиентоориентированный, отзывчивый - сразу решали возникшие вопросы (предоставили дополнительный стул, подсказали время работы ближайшего торгового центра и аквариума). Отдельное спасибо русскоговорящему менеджеру Алине, которая в день выезда рано утром приготовила нам завтрак (сытные сэндвичи) с собой, а накануне заказала для нашей семьи такси в аэропорт.

Cons:

Единственный минус - это громко работающий водонагреватель, из-за резкого и шумного включения которого просыпались ночью, хотя спали в другой комнате с закрытой дверью.

Я остался очень доволен проживанием в отеле Casa Florya. Номера были очень чистыми и аккуратными. Расположение отеля очень удобное с точки зрения транспорта. Персонал был крайне приветливым и всегда готов помочь. Определённо рекомендую.
