Great stay just a short walk from the cable car
Pros:

Jenny was very attentive and kind. I arrived earlier than expected and she did her very best to accommodate me, am grateful. The room was clean and well stocked. There was also washing machine and drier available. Recommend

Don't go anywhere else.
Pros:

Well obviously as everybody else comments, it's all about the lady! The hotel has good coffee and is 5 minutes from the main night restaurant street (don't miss Little Bear restaurant if you're vegetarian or like excellent food) that leads to the cable car station for the Tianmen Mountain.
The hotel is nice, clean and comfy and she will provide ALL the details for fantastic days out including maps.
A REAL bargain.

Ok se si passa molto tempo fuori
Pros:

La proprietaria Jenny è molto disponibile: ci è venuta a prendere alla stazione come servizio vallet compreso nel prezzo, ci ha preparato delle uova al mattino nonostante l’hotel non offra la colazione in quanto ci alzavamo molto presto per un’escursione…La posizione è buona, a 10min a piedi dalla funivia della monte Tianmen. La struttura offre il cambio salviette tutti i giorni.

Cons:

Non è un vero hotel è un affittacamere: si ha una camera da letto con bagno in camera nella struttura dove vive la famiglia proprietaria. La hall non è vivibile come nelle foto, perché è come il loro salotto di casa.
Il punto debole però è l’insonorizzazione assente delle camere, si sentono tutti i rumori in strada e sulle scale.

Pros:

Personal molt amable, ens va ajudar en tot. Molt a prop del telefèric per pujar a la muntanya de Tianmen.

Cons:

Poca insonorització; se senten els avions passar molt a prop. També hi havia persones que cridaven. Vam coincidir amb unes persones al costat que feien molt soroll, tant en pujar i baixar les escales com pels passadissos.

Posizione comoda e centrale, camera pulita, offrire tutti i servizi che ti aspetti in una guest house.
La parte migliore è sicuramente Jenny, la host numero uno! Simpatica, super disponibile, parla inglese, offre passaggio verso stazione e aeroporto.

Jenny was an excellent host. She is super friendly and accommodative. She helped plan my itinerary.
Pros:

The location was really convenient. It was a short walk to Tianmen cable cart. Plenty of local restaurants and tourist pubs around the area. Really short ride to the railway station. Room was large and clean. Jenny was an excellent host. Very personable and eager to help. Will recommend and stay again if I ever revisit Zhangjiajie.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta y la habitación súper cómoda con todo lo necesario para la estadía, pero lejos lo mejor, es la atención de jenny! Que mujer mas simpática e increíble es ella! Atenta siempre para ayudarnos, su carisma hace que todo sea perfecto, además habla inglés muy bien! Tan buena es su hospitalidad que se ofreció a llevarnos al aeropuerto cuando ya dejábamos el hotel, 100% recomendado!!

Мы останавливались в этом отеле с моей маленькой дочкой, и нам абсолютно всё понравилось! Это очень уютный, чистый и комфортный отель, в котором чувствуешь себя как дома.

Отдельное огромное спасибо хозяйке отеля, Дженни! Она сделала наше путешествие намного проще и приятнее. Дженни помогла нам с бронированием билетов, подробно объяснила маршруты по национальному парку, подсказала, как лучше спланировать посещение достопримечательностей, и даже помогла купить билеты на шоу «Лиса». На любые наши вопросы она отвечала практически сразу и всегда была готова помочь.

Номер был просторным, современным, с хорошим ремонтом. Всё было очень чисто, а в номере имелось всё необходимое для комфортного проживания.

Отдельно хочу порекомендовать покупать билеты в национальный парк, особенно в горы Аватара, именно через Дженни. Через неё билеты стоят дешевле, чем на многих онлайн-площадках, а самое главное — при необходимости можно изменить время посещения и даже вход в парк. Для нас это оказалось очень важно и действительно выручило. Например, при покупке через Trip.com билеты обычно привязаны только к одному времени и одному входу, изменить их гораздо сложнее.

Я искренне рекомендую этот отель всем, кто планирует поездку. Здесь вас встретят не просто как гостей, а с настоящей заботой и вниманием. Мы обязательно вернёмся снова!

Спасибо Дженни и всей команде отеля за ваше гостеприимство, доброту и помощь. Благодаря вам наше путешествие стало по-настоящему незабываемым!

Pros:

Jenny was the best hostess! She was so helpful and accommodating. I was able to see more with her help and guiding me on the best routines for the trips I took.

The hotel is in a good location and has a lot of restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable!

Jenny was fantastic throughout our stay. The weather wasn’t great, but she kept us updated on the conditions at Tianmen Mountain and gave us helpful advice. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the park entrance, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Calidad/precio inmejorable, personal súper agradable
Pros:

La ubicación y el personal, las instalaciones también estaban muy bien, todo moderno, la dueña es muy amable y muy atenta y dispuesta a ayudar con los tour e informaciones que realmente se necesitan para ahorrar tiempo y tener una idea.

Cons:

El baño estaba bien, pero la ducha esta pegada al wc y al lava manos, por lo que al tomarse una ducha queda todo mojado, lo cual dificulta el entrar después a lavarse los dientes o usar el wc sin que se te mojen los pies.
