Eccellente! Struttura nuovissima e pulita
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 3 notti e siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti. La struttura è nuovissima, arredata con gusto e pulita in modo impeccabile.
La casa è dotata di ogni comfort, inclusi una comoda lavatrice e una bellissima cucina super attrezzata. I punti forti sono sicuramente l'ampio terrazzo e lo splendido giardino, ideali per rilassarsi.
La posizione richiede necessariamente l'uso della macchina per spostarsi, ma la struttura offre un comodissimo parcheggio interno (a pagamento) che garantisce massima tranquillità.
Una menzione speciale va a Luigi: super disponibile, gentile e sempre attento a ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliatissimo!

Monopoli Stay
Pros:

Huge apartment for a family, so much space and storage. Kitchen is fantastic. There was a lovely seating and dining section and a spacious balcony. Location is great just outside of Monopoli, can walk to a few nice beaches from the apartment. Parking is nice and secure we paid an extra 10e per night for a secure park. Host was lovely and welcoming.

Eξαιρετικό δωμάτιο άνετο, δροσερό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και απίστευτα καθαρό. Ανταποκρίθηκε πλήρως στις προσδοκίες μας. Το σημείο που βρίσκεται είναι εξαιρετικό για να εξερευνήσετε την Απουλία και πολύ κοντά στην Μονόπολη! Άνετο πάρκινγκ και εκτός του καταλύματος. Θα το σύστηνα ανεπιφύλακτα.

Condominio seguro y limpio lejos del caos. Zona estratégica para moverse a todas partes

Es un condominio seguro y con muy buena ubicación lejos del caos

Cons:

El apartamento no tiene absolutamente nada en la cocina, cosas básicas como sal ni aceite; lo dejan tan limpio que no vas a encontrar nada de nada.
Cuando te reciben con alguna fruta o bebida es maravilloso y se agradece.

Awesome aparthotel/Airbnb. Great for family of 5.
Pros:

The apartment was very nice, exactly as the photos showed. It's spacious, very clean, everything looks new and is clearly well taken care of. Compared to an Airbnb we stayed at on this trip that was supposed to be similar this was much better thought out. The terrace was a nice benefit for drying things and enjoying fruit we picked up from the fruit truck that sets up near the fish market 1 minute down the road. Staff was communicative, helpful and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again.

Dejlig stor og meget ren og velholdt lejlighed. Gode parkeringsforhold og skøn udsigt. Og alle steder burde man have en Luigi, så sød og hjælpsom med alt.

Cons:

Der er lidt larm fra høj musik på nærliggende resort. Det kan ikke høres i lejligheden, døre og vinduer er lydtætte. Så det er kun fra terrassen

Good location for our visits to friends.
Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable pillows foam and bedding rather seen better days.
Shower unit interesting with no instructions rather a challenge to use correctly.
cutlery awful gold colour and again looked old and cheap.
