Spacious with comfy beds, but poor airflow and breakfast

Comfy beds. Spacious room and bathroom

Cons:

Windows do not open (screwed!), so it's hard to ventilate the room. A/C very loud, irrespective of the mode (LO/HI), had to turn it off for the night. Breakfast mediocre - no vegetables, no cheese (except Philadelphia), no cold cuts.

Great location great staff
Pros:

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Helped us know which metro to get to our concert. Breakfast was a great selection!

Cons:

Most had been renovated but being an older building the door to our room was tricky to get into as it would stick.
Stairwells only let us outside couldn’t get down to different levels.

Pros:

The metro is so close to the hotel, making it a very ideal location. Hotel has a small but decent gym, love that that I was able to do laundry, plus we were able to walk to so many areas of interest from the hotel. We caught the bus back to the airport 2 minutes away from the hotel, which was a mega win!
Also the bed was quite comfy and I found the kitchen staff to be nice and very accommodating. Thanks for the lattes!

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit boring for someone staying multiple days and attempting to avoid carbs. That said, it filled me up and there was enough to satiate me.Not a deal breaker.

We were pleased with the breakfast, room and location. All A+

Cons:

Just a message to the F & B Manager. All the hot food and related equipment are placed in a tight corner. People kept standing waiting for their toast or waffle to pop out while others couldn't reach to grab butter or cereals. Move the things around to make more room where everyone like to go to pick hot food and bread.
