全体的には、高評価です。
Pros:

シンプルな作りで、小綺麗で、良かった♪
エアコンが、ダイキンなので、良かった！
アメニティも充実していた。

Cons:

扉が、鉄なので、周りの方が閉めるたびに、自分の扉がしまったのではと錯覚する程音が大きかった。
ドアに、チェーンが付いていると、安心感があると思いました。
夜10時以降に、廊下でお話をされている方がいて、少しうるさいと思いました。

Cons:

ドライヤーが壊れていて使えなかった。
使えないと分かったのが23時過ぎていたので、フロントにスタッフがおらず交換してもらえなかった。交換してもらえたのは、翌日の夜。

One of the best valued accommodation in this part of Tokyo. But don’t tell anyone!
Pros:

I have stayed here several times. Yes the rooms are small and dorm like but it is excellent value and offers privacy unlike capsule hotels which are generally more expensive. I find the beds comfortable and the rooms cosy. There is a large kitchen and communal areas plus a great laundry which is free. The location is fabulous and there is a very good 7 Eleven under the building. Just one stop from Shibuya or a 20 minute walk.

Cons:

Rooms are really only suitable for one person. Space is very tight. The lack of ventilation means the rooms get stuffy. Carpets could use a good thorough clean. My last room smelt mildly of cigarettes and smelly socks.

Cosy and confortable.
Pros:

Very close to the station and the town Shibuya. It’s very close to Ikejiriohashi station and it’s only one station away from Shibuya. Just 15 minutes by train pr 30minutes on foot. And there are many restaurants and convenience stores near there. You can visit a Sento.

Cons:

The build is a bit old but it’s acceptable.

Our room smelt like cigarettes and there was quite a lot of fallen dust and rubbish down the sides of the bed (I wish I hadn’t looked).

Still good value for money.
Pros:

The location is excellent for my purposes.

Cons:

There is no control to operate the Washlet in any of the rooms I have stayed in. So what’s the point of a Washlet, if it can’t be used.
