Wifi wouldn't work in the room woulnt recognise my room when logged on so took a while fir someone to sort abd had to do via chinese phone number, which i dont have. They offered no evening meal in restaurant which had my two times previously so had nowhere to eat and saw no room service in the room. No english help. Advertised as bathrobes in room and I had to ask for one
The staff on reception had poor English compared to previous stays. Not really a Hampton anymore.
Won't stay there again as facilities have gone downhill. Very disappointing as it used to be ok

it was good but was disappointed by having to pay the full amount twice
Pros:

the location was good; very convenient, almost central to the locations I wanted to visit. and the breakfast was okay. loved the self service laundry area. the lady there was very helpful.

Cons:

I was made to pay twice; when I booked they said I have to pay before I arrive and the full amount (money) was deducted from my Bank Account and then on arrival the lady at the reception said I should pay the full amount again and she said the amount I paid VIA Booking.com will be refunded to my Account and of which it was not refunded ever since.
