Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, Restaurants und ein Starbucks sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Parkmöglichkeit für 14 $ war sehr gut. Der Kontakt zu Marie war sehr freundlich und schnell. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und falls wir wieder einmal in die Gegend kommen sollten, kommen wir gerne wieder in dieses Apartment.

Cons:

Die Bettdecke hatte einen Fleck.

Tolle Wohnung um Coconut Grove zu entdecken.
Pros:

Gute stadtnahe Lage in Coconut Grove. Parkmöglichkeit im Haus, für problemloses rein- u. rausfahren. Gute Ausstattung des Apartments mit offener Küche, sehr bequeme Matratze. Toller Ausblick aus dem 19. Stock mit Balkon.

Cons:

Am Pool im 8. Stock kaum windgeschützte Ecken, sehr windig.

Pros:

The only advantage is the location. Nice residential area with many good restaurants, harbour, parks, etc.

Cons:

Soundproof is zero. At night, some noise from outside was as loud as it was inside the apartment (something like air conditioner unit or similar).

Safe deposit box was not working (was closed and I couldn’t open it). They fixed it around noon time next day, but for two-nights stay it’s similar to not having it.

In addition, bed sheets were full of someone’s hair.

And body wash was not provided (though, there were shampoo and conditioner).

Awesome apartment!
Pros:

Perfect apartment in an excellent location! Couldn't really ask for more. Pool and hot tub were great, on-site parking available, staff was friendly. Close to anywhere you'd want to be in Coconut Grove!
