I would take under serious consideration again
Pros:

It was clean and nice location, considering where I was eating at the Eagles nest

Cons:

Actually, I think the noise that there was on the street a little much sometimes but then we were 14 stories up so that wasn’t too bad. But I think somebody else lower that would have a big effect and also it was a Saturday.I’m

Overall this hotel was a great choice and we will with Hyatt again in the future.
Pros:

The hotel was very nice. We had a great view. The AC was phenomenal especially with the heat wave recently. Everything was clean and worked properly. The staff and valet were all extremely nice every time we interacted with them with questions and requests.

Cons:

The bed unfortunately felt very firm. This was our only complaint during our stay.

Pros:

Close to lots of entertainment

Cons:

The pool is small and the elevators stayed busy so it takes a long time to get upstairs. Parking is also very expensive

room was clean, staff was so nice,

Cons:

All ice machines were broken and we were not notified at check-in. I called the front desk to notify them of a slow leak from the ceiling and the lady asked if i wanted someone to come check it or if we were ok.

Overall good - closures would have been nice to know about (skywalks etc)

Overall great stay.
Pros:

Room was really good. no issues with room.

Cons:

The ice machines on every floor out of order. 20 floors, 0 working ice machines. Problem. Hotel parking was more expensive than public parking, especially for 24hrs.

Decent stay but could have been better
Pros:

Close to everything we needed, like the Starbucks and food just down stairs.

Cons:

Confusing to figure out where to park, and it’s unclear that parking will be $46 a night without valet! The ice machines were all out of order went to many different floors to find some and all the ice areas smelled like mold…
