Acer Cave Hotel was a wonderful surprise. From the outside, the hotel looks quite unassuming and doesn’t immediately stand out, but once inside, it completely changes your impression in the best way.
We stayed in a beautiful deluxe cave suite, which was very spacious with both a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom was a real highlight — large, well-designed, and featuring a jacuzzi that made the stay feel extra special and relaxing.
Breakfast was impeccable, with excellent quality and variety, and the service throughout our stay was outstanding. The staff were consistently polite, warm, and always willing to help.
In particular, Emrah stood out for his exceptional hospitality. He spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful in organizing our entire stay — booking taxis for us as well as arranging all our tours, including the ATV tour, horse riding tour, and the Green Tour. Everything was handled smoothly, which made the experience completely stress-free.
Overall, the stay was very pleasant and truly fulfilling. The combination of great service, comfortable accommodation, and well-organized experiences made it feel like a hidden gem in Cappadocia. There is also another branch called “The Portal,” but this property is definitely a must-stay for anyone visiting the area.

Wir waren super zufrieden, für unsere ersten Flitterwochen haben wir eine Rundreise durch die Türkei gemacht und konnten Kappadokien nicht auslassen, das Hotel hat alle erwartungen erfüllt. Jede Bitte wurde erfüllt und für uns alles möglich gemacht, Service aufjedenfall Top.
Frühstücksmöglichkeit klein aber fein, meiner Meinung nach nichts auszusetzen.
Wir können uns nicht beklagen.

El hotel no es una cueva original como otros de Göreme, pero las habitaciones si están excavadas en bloques de piedra y es muy bonito, la decoración y el ambiente del hotel es excepcional y el personal es muy amable. El desayuno es variado, dentro de que las opciones son de cosas típicas de desayuno turco
Contratamos 3 suit pero no todas las habitaciones tienen los mismos servicios, una de las habitaciones contaba con jacuzzi redondo+ bañera de hidromasaje+ ducha, otra con jacuzzi y duchas y una tercera solo con la bañera de hidromasaje y la ducha. Esto nos pareció un poco decepcionante porque la habitación que solo tenía bañera de hidromasaje, no es suficientemente grande si quieren usarla dos personas, y pensabamos que todas tendrían jacuzzi.
Además a las habitaciones se accede por escaleras, no es acto para personas con movilidad reducida.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im gesamten Hotel war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
