Excellent stay and exceed more than we hoped for
Pros:

1. The location is great, close to the city
2. The rooms were clean and pleasant
3. The hotel itself is wheelchair accessible (via elevators)
4. The staff were all great. Overall excellent experience.

Cons:

1. No swimming pool
2. No buffet breakfast
3. No complimentary breakfast
4. When requesting for extra pillow and matress, they were not available.

Pros:

Room is fairly pleasant for price. Bed was comfortable enough. Room was clean enough too.

Cons:

Air-con took a long time to cool the room. Bathroom ok & clean enough. For the price, it's pleasant. Can't complain.

The booking apps state that check out was 1.30 pm but ask the counter, they said must 12.00pm, if more than that will be extra charge by hotel

Overall is good for staying.
Pros:

-Staff is helpful & friendly.
-Provided TV,water heater,air cond.
-Car parking provide at basement hotel.
-Fitness center at basement floor.
-Walking distance within 1km for hypermarket & food.

Cons:

-WIFI internet is provided but always request to login access once out of building, hopefully improve it.
-Drain water system very slow at bathroom.
-Cup did not change when housekeeping after used.
