Perfect stay in Amritsar
Pros:

My stay at the Best Western Plus Amritsar Hotel was excellent... The staff are very good and supportive... the food and restaurant are also quite good... The swimming pool service was good too... and it was very neat and clean... The rooms were neat and clean... overall, the hotel is excellent.Location is amazing - close to all major attractions. Will definitely stay here again. 10/10 experience!

Pros:

Best personnel, great hotel, great rooms, great food, swimming pool, parking. Located along with good location . This hotel is about people. The crew is super helpful, and always ready to assist you. I stayed for a long time here. And would stay again for sure. Absolutly recommended. For short and long stay.
Overall, a great place to stay in Amritsar. Highly recommended!

Perfect Stay
Pros:

Very very good. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The amenities are good, even though they are not well but maintained well. Everything is clean. It’s close to the golden temple as well. It’s easy to find a rickshaw to go there. There is a big mall near by, so basically it’s one of a very place to stay on Amritsar.

Had a wonderful stay at best western plus Amritsar! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was polite and always ready to help, and the overall service was excellent. The peaceful atmosphere made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend it for a pleasant stay!

Everything from the cold reception, unprofessional staff, lack of clean bedsheet, no hot water in the bathroom. Had to change room twice still the hot water issue existed. There was no proper staff.

Pros:

The room size was big.

Cons:

Its like a haunted house with no guests except us. The entire hotel is managed by a staff of 2 people including the guy at the reception. The Air conditioning refused to work despite several complaints. The Gym, swimming pool, 24 hr coffee shop and other facilities are only present in the advertisements for the hotel and are absent at the actual property.

Awesome stay with excellant staff and hospitality.
Pros:

Room was excellant. Everything was fine.
The staff is really awesome and hats off to their hospitality. I stayed with my mother. After we had checked out, my flight was in evening and hence we wanted to visit some places in Amritsar. The hotel staff agreed that we can keep our bags and collect them in evening before flying. However my mother developed some health issues. The hotel staff allowed us to stay in the lounge and later occupy again the same room we left for the day without any exrtra costs. They also guided about some good restaurants and travelling inside amritsar. I would surely again stay here. It is a little far off from the golden temple, however we arrived by train and train station is 10min away.

Cons:

The bathroom was little bit unprepared for guests. The hotel was recently renovated , hence it can be understood.

Pros:

Location is very prime , accessible and staff at reception and the security at the entrance of the hotel were absolutely great:

Cons:

The rooms need a massive refurbishment. There are walls need painting, the floor is dirty and do not look under the bed.

Hot water is a joke and the air conditioner is definitely need fixing. The temperature has been set to 24 and locked. Not allowed to reduce this. Visiting in summer?: think twice.

The property looks great from the outside. It needs a massive facelift from the inside. Lobby needs music. It’s so dead with no music.
