Oh my gosh. I had a bad experience with another resort I had gone to after the Hyatt, and I had booked two days. I got an allergy and returned right away to the Hyatt and canceled and lost money with the other resort, but I did not care, and the Hyatt was super nice and gave me the room two hours before check-in after they saw my eye allergy and attended to me extraordinarily well. The staff was super, from the reservation desk to the manager. He even said hi to me at breakfast and told me he would see me later. I felt at home. I love and recommend all from the rooms to the staff. I will never book anywhere else when I visit el Salvador
