It's a great hotel a little old and big apartment type rooms just what I look for
I’m a returning guest! Fantastic in all aspects! From arrival to departure all was again fabulous; from the staff service to the very large junior suite (60 sqm!!!) with comfy bed and great shower and kitchenette, the delicious breakfast at “Spice Cafe”, very tasty cocktails at the cozy “Gin Bar” to the modern fitness center and the beautiful pool …and all areas had fast WiFi! I also enjoyed the free shuttle service to Central Shopping and short walk to famous Soi Bukao with tons of entertainment and dining! I ordered room service at the hotel and the Wagyu burger was super delicious! The hotel is very peaceful at night which is a treat after a busy day! Highly recommended!

The bed was comfortable,
The two bedroom suite is clean and a comfortable size.
The staff did accommodate a slight modification to the rooms kitchen and installed a cooktop after asking about why it looks like a kitchen but actually isn't one.
Where do I start.
The hotel pool, was shut down when you actually would want to use the pool. It closed at 8:00 and they put orange chicken fencing around it to prevent people from going into it I suppose. Never seen that before. Normally a sign is sufficient. A child is going to get tangled on that fensing/netting and drown. It's a danger for sure.
The room was twice the pricing of other comparable hotel rooms. Charging regular rates despite it being the low season. Not here though.
It is clear this hotel is on its last legs. We've all seen enough Gordon Ramsay shows to know when the owners start to Nickle and dime everything and cheap out on expenses, they are hemorrhaging money and will soon fail.
Silly rules, to save a dime here and a dime there. The breakfast buffet, was simply a choice of several dishes over rice or noodles. They had "a western breakfast" of eggs and toast with some sandwich meats. The cost is the same as larger chain buffet breakfasts.
It is far enough away from the party beach and noise but it was literally unknown from every bike driver I got to take me back. At least twice a day I would go back and forth from the beach or mall, each time having to explain where this hotel was. Several times being taken to some other similar sounding named hotel.
Taxi drivers not knowing where it is, could be due to it being new? But it isn't a new spot. It's just not very well known. Several nights I was there the entire wing I was in all 6 floors was empty. Sad to see actually. The hotel has great potential.

The rooms were big
This was a very bad experience. Starting with check-in walking in and smelling the chemical perfume that smelled musty. The place is incredibly rundown. The woman check in the end was aggressive and not polite. We asked about parking he told us to go try and find something. Decor in the rooms are strange. Air conditioners are loud and ineffective.
