Sad to see such great potential being wasted.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable,

The two bedroom suite is clean and a comfortable size.

The staff did accommodate a slight modification to the rooms kitchen and installed a cooktop after asking about why it looks like a kitchen but actually isn't one.

Cons:

Where do I start.

The hotel pool, was shut down when you actually would want to use the pool. It closed at 8:00 and they put orange chicken fencing around it to prevent people from going into it I suppose. Never seen that before. Normally a sign is sufficient. A child is going to get tangled on that fensing/netting and drown. It's a danger for sure.

The room was twice the pricing of other comparable hotel rooms. Charging regular rates despite it being the low season. Not here though.

It is clear this hotel is on its last legs. We've all seen enough Gordon Ramsay shows to know when the owners start to Nickle and dime everything and cheap out on expenses, they are hemorrhaging money and will soon fail.

Silly rules, to save a dime here and a dime there. The breakfast buffet, was simply a choice of several dishes over rice or noodles. They had "a western breakfast" of eggs and toast with some sandwich meats. The cost is the same as larger chain buffet breakfasts.

It is far enough away from the party beach and noise but it was literally unknown from every bike driver I got to take me back. At least twice a day I would go back and forth from the beach or mall, each time having to explain where this hotel was. Several times being taken to some other similar sounding named hotel.

Taxi drivers not knowing where it is, could be due to it being new? But it isn't a new spot. It's just not very well known. Several nights I was there the entire wing I was in all 6 floors was empty. Sad to see actually. The hotel has great potential.

The rooms were big

Cons:

This was a very bad experience. Starting with check-in walking in and smelling the chemical perfume that smelled musty. The place is incredibly rundown. The woman check in the end was aggressive and not polite. We asked about parking he told us to go try and find something. Decor in the rooms are strange. Air conditioners are loud and ineffective.

An excellent full service hotel stay with lots of self catering options.
Pros:

I always stay here when in Pattaya. The current management has really improved the whole complex. Rooms clean, in good repair. facilities all available and excellent value.

Pros:

I liked the the bed, it was very comfortable. The staff was excellent!

Cons:

I didn't like the AC in the bedroom. It was very weak, I woke up sweating multiple times. The shower was horrible, the water pressure was very weak for hot water. I had to increase the cold water in order to get decent water pressure, but doing that made the shower warm instead of hot. I also didn't like that I saw some roaches in the bathroom.

Pros:

Расположение в тихом месте, большая гостиная и мастер спальня. Хороший, чистый бассейн, хороший ресторан с европейской кухней, есть чем покормить детей. Рядом 7/11 и массажный салон. Воду приносили каждый день.

Cons:

Очень мало посуды и приборов, нет плиты, только микроволновая печь и чайник. Вторая спальня без окна, как кладовка. Нет балконной мебели.
