La estancia era espaciosa y disponía de todo lo necesario para cocinar. Incluía leche y pan para desayunar (en el mismo apartamento) y más cosas en las estancias comunes del edificio (cereales, mantequilla, etc.).
No nos dejaron ni toallas ni sabanas suficientes para el sofá cama. Una de las almohadas no tenía funda, lo que es un poco asqueroso de usar.
El sofá cama era algo incómodo para dormir.
Close location to the Timaru hospital, about 900m.
They use passcodes to access the building & rooms. Somehow my code was cancelled & I was locked out of the building for an hour before the after hours team could reset it. I was a lone female traveller it was between 8pm & 9pm, I was cold & tired & just wanted to get to bed. No one from the property contacted me to explain what happened or to apologise for the inconvenience.

Simple breakfast with decent coffee machine.
The property was really really cold. Radiators were provided but not adaquate for the size of the property.
The sofa bed waa small for my two children to share and didn't have enough bedding.
Once I got the door to work I found the room clean and tidy.
I didn’t have any towel, facecloth or shower mat. Frustrating after a busy day. Eventually I get a towel from another room after a few long phone calls. No face cloth or shower mat though. And the shower leaks like a sieve, but had good pressure.
The noise from the overnight traffic and the council cleaning the footpaths with leaf blowers early in the morning meant I was woken up numerous times - bed was comfortable but sleep was terrible.
The breakfast kitchen was a good idea - toast and cereal included makes it good value, but I’m not sure how often they clean it - the rubbish bin was overflowing, and the tables weren’t wiped down.

Location was in walking distance of some decent restaurants.
Didn’t get any breakfast as it was poor quality (cheap cereal and toast bread) and very uninviting.

The one with unsuite was good for us as family. It was spacious and quite. I love the simplicity of it. The new modern kitchen is a such bonus.
I think the heater isn't good enough during super cold day.
The single room was located at the front. It was noisy at night.
La propreté des chambres, des locaux communs (douches, wc). La cuisine avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour cuisiner, et le minimum pour le petit déjeuner. L'accès facile avec les codes (presque tout est automatisé).
Une des chambres (nous en avions réservé 4) n'était pas prête mais le personnel a vite réagit ! Et dans la même chambre il faisait froid car la fenêtre était mal isolée.
The room looked cute, that’s why I booked it, and it was indeed cute. The shared kitchen was set up very well, With all the appliances you needed. Breakfast consisted of toast and 3 different cereals. Shower water was hot and had great pressure. Great off street parking, but it very narrow to get into. Great heater in the room. Just wish it had been turned on before I arrived, instead I arrived to a cold room. Very comfortable bed, but no blackout curtains, so the room wasn’t dark at all.
No tea / coffee making allowed in the rooms, also no food. My mistake here, I didn’t read that in the description of the room before booking. The hotel was situated just a little too far from the CBD for me, I walk as much as I can while on holiday, and walking back to the hotel at night by myself was a bit scary, as it was in a part of town that felt a bit abandoned, during the day it was totally fine. Electronic key wouldn’t work, but thankfully they had sent me the door codes.
