Als man in das Zimmer kam, hat es schon feucht und nach Schimmel gerochen. Nach kurzem erkunden unseres Zimmers, haben wir Schimmelflecken an den Wänden und besonders im Bad entdeckt. Als wir dann bei der Rezeption um eine kostenfreie Stornierung gebeten haben, hieß es: Nach dem Check-In kann man nicht mehr kostenfrei stornieren. Uns wurde ein Upgrade angeboten. Das neue Zimmer war zwar renoviert, jedoch haben wir auch einige Schimmelflecken entdecken können und der feuchte Geruch war ebenfalls vorhanden. Für eine nach Nacht mussten wir es also aushalten. Zudem waren die ‚Matratzen‘ unfassbar hart und ungemütlich. Laut dem Mitarbeiter handelt es sich um asiatische Matratzen- nicht zu empfehlen.

Good location and spacious rooms
Pros:

Really good location in relation to centre. Worries about noise as Hanoi is a busy city but we had a room at the back and heard nothing. Rooms are a good size and staff are super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom wasn’t like the photos, was fine but there was a lot of limescale in the shower but other than that room was really clean.

Dated but good value
Pros:

We liked the staff, location, room size.

Cons:

Was a bit dated,, and the beds were v hard, but everything worked, staff sorted a minor issue straight away. There was no breakfast or tea and coffee, but there was a kettle and cups. There are loads of coffee/tea shops everywhere.
