Important information:

The property does not have its own car park however there is Pay & Display Parking on the street outside the hotel operated on a first-come, first-served basis. Alternatively there is a public car park located in Grand Canal Square, across the street from the hotel, and can be booked in advance by contacting the property.

Please book tables for the bar or restaurant in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

All guests using the swimming pool must wear a swimming cap. Swimming caps can be purchased at Club Vitae reception for EUR 3 each.

From Monday to Friday children are permitted to use the pool until 17:30, after which it is adult swim time only. However, during, weekends, bank holidays, summer months, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas midterm breaks there are no restrictions.

Please note there may be closures of the restaurant, bar and leisure facilities during the Christmas period. Please check with the property for further details.

Great location for city break
Pros:

Swimming pool was ideal and not too busy. Breakfast was good quality and fresh. Location is ideal.

Cons:

Staff weren’t very helpful and seemed to be in a rush to move you on. Rooms were too hot and pretty noisy. Parking was complicated and not explained properly by staff

Enjoyed our stay once I cleaned a few things
Pros:

Enjoyed our stayed at the Clayton prime location, breakfast was lovely and the pool was great. And also loved been the guest of the day and our little treat ye left for us

Cons:

Think the cleaner need to clean things like the toilet roll holders and was thick with dust that I cleaned

Fine, for a mediocre hotel.
Pros:

Staff was great and accommodating.

Cons:

Construction and a heat wave really created terrible room conditions. Hot, dust and cramped, also lack of follow up from the first point of contact. Once we officially checked in, staff was attentive and did what they could to adjust conditions.

Pros:

A great hotel that does exactly what it says on the tin. Clean, comfortable and well located. We stayed while attending a show at the Bord Gáis Theatre and the location couldn't have been better, just a short walk away. Perfect for an overnight stay in Dublin and we'd happily stay again.

Cons:

We didn't stay long enough to find anything we didn't like.

El servicio. Todo de lo cobran , es como un lowcost mindset. El personal muy amable pero en resumen es un hotel 3 estrellas mejorado.

La comida del room service muy pobre. Casi por cumplir.

Pros:

Location to Bord Gais theatre, comfy room ,clean,spacious reception area,delicious dinner.

Cons:

We had to wait about 30 minutes for our coffee after dinner,we were told it was because it was busy (Tuesday 26th May).
Later we decided to order dessert ,order was taken in restaurant ( 2 apple crumbles)as the restaurant was closing we were told it would be sent up to our room.Needless to say the order never arrived to our room.

Hotellet var väldigt slitet och ofräscht, med låg standard som tyvärr inte motsvarade priset.
Pros:

Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam, och gjorde sitt bästa trots att de verkade arbeta under stressiga förhållanden.

Cons:

Hotellet känns väldigt gammalt och verkar inte ha renoverats på många år. Rummet var ofräscht och inte särskilt väl omhändertaget. Det fanns inte ens en normal dusch enligt europeisk standard. Rummet var dessutom väldigt slitet och ventilationen/AC:n fungerade i princip inte alls. Det enda positiva med rummet var att lakan och handdukar var rena.
Det enda området på hotellet som verkade ha fräschats upp var lobbyn samt bar-/restaurangdelen. Resten av hotellet höll tyvärr väldigt låg standard. Med tanke på priset vi betalade motsvarade varken rummet eller hotellets läge våra förväntningar.
Jag upplevde även att bemanningen i baren inte var tillräcklig. När vi besökte den hann personalen inte städa borden, och dessutom uppstod högljudda diskussioner mellan personalen, vilket inte var särskilt trevligt att uppleva som gäst.
