Pros:

La habitación muy agradable. Muy buen desayuno y el personal super atento y amables en todo momento.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The bed was comfy.

Cons:

There would at times be some pretty bad smells from I can only imagine the plumbing, and I'd say for the price you could probably get something a bit better overall.

Cons:

קיבלנו מיטה שלא הוחלפו בה מצעים. הם היו מלוכלכים, על הסדין היו כתמים, שערות. היה פשוט מגעיל. החליפו לבקשתנו למחרת.
באחד הלילות נשארתי ללא מים חמים באמצע המקלחת, חוויה לא נעימה בלילות קרירים, יצאתי רועדת.
ובנוסף לכך, אין בכלל מים קרים בכיור.
המגבות במלון במצב ירוד, לא נעימות, מאוד ישנות.
במהלך שבועיים התארחתי בשישיה בתי מלון בפרו, כולם ברמה של 3 כוכבים, המלון הזה היה הכי גרוע מכולם.

Awesome stay - Love the Staffs
Pros:

The staffs are very helpful, genuinely kind and honest. We got in late and they let us checked in without paying yet. They kept our bags for us for 2 days while we traveled to Machu Picchu. Short walk to the main square. Rooms are simple, clean and roomy. Bathrooms are new remodel, large and bright. We will stay here again.

Cons:

Instalaciones viejas y poco cuidadas. Desayuno escaso. La habitación que nos asignaron estaba en un segundo nivel, el acceso por las escaleras era incómodo y peligroso. Se escuchaba ruido de las personas desde otras habitaciones y . El calefactor de la habitación era ineficiente, hacía mucho frío. El baño era muy estrecho e incómodo, había que bajar un escalón, bastante peligroso.

Pros:

Gostei muito dos funcionários, sempre prestativos e muito receptivos! Enoc sempre perguntando se faltava algo ou se precisa de algo e sempre disposto a dar informações! O quarto que fiquei era bem grande, cama muito confortável! A duche do banho maravilhosa! Trocavam as toalhas todos os dias !

O café da manhã era simples, não que não gostei. Atendia ao básico!
