Clean & warm place to stay
Pros:

We appreciated comfy beds, clean bathroom, enough towels, heater, and a lounge at our disposal. Both the lounge and our room had a kettle, which was nice. Our room also had some coffee, tea, and milk available. Instructions were clear and we knew we could ask anything anytime. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

I wouldn't say there were any actual upsides or issues. Just a few ideas: the bedroom door are very difficult to open. If there was an actual hazard, weaker people or kids wouldn't open them easily. Also, we knew about the remoteness of the locality and scarcity of foods and drinks around, so we brought some, but it would be absolutely amazing to be able to purchase some in the spot. But that is not an actual concern: we were informed on multiple occasions about this :)

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The property has a very special charm, with a lovely historic atmosphere and beautiful, traditional furniture. The lounge was a nice place to relax, especially sitting on the sofa and enjoying the view over the Highlands.

The room was exceptionally clean (probably one of the cleanest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in).

A lovely and unique place to stay!

Host was helpful including help in bringing bags to the room which was on the 3rd floor
Pros:

A little remote. Lounge needs to be updated to make it comfortable. Facility has room for a breakfast room and adding one would greatly improve the location.

Okay for a one night stop
Pros:

Warm welcome from the nice lady. Clean room. Nice bath and hot water.

Cons:

Strange no restaurant or food facilities. We had a pot noodle. Village stores owned by a lovely American/Scottish couple but the choice of food was very poor. If there were some ready meals, things would be looking up!

Un bell'albergo suggestivo
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella. Le camere sono carine e l'arredamento è suggestivo. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima. Offrono uno spazio comune con microonde per poter scaldarsi qualcosa da mangiare. L'albero è abbastanza isolato ma vicino c'è un minimarket per comprarsi da mangiare. È stata una bella esperienza.

Cons:

Non abbiamo trovato lati negativi. Forse il posto è un po' isolato ma fa parte del suo fascino.

Tranquila parada para descansar en un lugar confortable
Pros:

The furniture, while a bit dated, was very comfortable—especially the beds. I was particularly impressed to find USB ports at the bedside tables. It is a very quiet place with its own parking. Although they don't serve meals, there are places to eat within a 15-minute drive. The lady who checked us in was very friendly; she provided plenty of useful information and let us know we could contact her even if she wasn't on the premises.

Très agréable, je recommande.
Pros:

Hôtel ancien très bien entretenu. Chambre semblant avoir été refaite, en très bon état et bien décorée, donnant sur la forêt, très calme. Salle de bain avec baignoire et douche, en parfait état. Une salle à manger est mise à disposition avec un four, un toaster, une machine à café ainsi que des assiettes. On peut s'y réchauffer un repas et y petit déjeuner très agréablement.

Cons:

Les propriétaires annoncent clairement qu'il n'y a pas de restauration mais peut-être que proposer un "kit petit-déjeuner" (toasts, confiture, beurre) pourrait être sympa car il n'y a qu'un petit magasin sur place (et il faut y aller en voiture).
