Welcoming, comfortable, good food, helpful staff
Pros:

Welcoming, understood my terrible Spanish, breakfast was amazing (I love non-Anglicised food), and most of all they were so helpful getting me right to the bus terminal for my onward journey!

Terrible place this is not a 4 star hotel

Only good thing is the location other than that this hotel is terrible. Do not stay here.

Cons:

The place was dirty, bulbs and other things missing from the room and when it was asked for to the staff they were mad about it. The shower didn’t have a proper door, so the water was going out and making everything wet. Towels were super small and didn’t really dry. Outdoor areas were filled with tree trunks, leaves, trash and mold.

Also the booking said breakfast was included and after the second day they just cancelled it saying that it was just a courtesy and they were not obliged to give it for the rest of the days. When we complained they got angry again and even printed a paper calling our room number explicitly. Extreme lack of professionalism.

Freundlicher und angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere und einfache Zimmer, tolle Lage, Frühstück OK, abgesperrter Parkplatz und sicherer Ort.

Cons:

Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen und zum Teil nicht gut unterhalten. Da ist noch Luft nach oben. Das Gesamtergebnis war jedoch in Ordnung und fühlte sich recht authentisch an.

Decepção
Pros:

Boa localização e um cuidado maior com a limpeza do quarto. A funcionária responsável pela limpeza era sempre gentil e buscava resolver as demandas.

Cons:

Na metade da estadia, os funcionários anunciaram, por meio de um cartaz, que o café da manhã, pago com antecedência, seria interrompido, sob a "justificativa" de que uma das hóspedes havia reclamado do serviço. Além disso, de modo desrespeitoso, nos foi anunciado que as reclamações deveriam ser encaminhadas ao Booking.

Serviços adicionais, que, em geral, são cortesia dos hotéis, como cessão de ferro elétrico, eram sistematicamente negados. Além disso, o aspecto geral da recepção é de decadência e descuido.

Por fim, cabe sinalizar que o piso do quarto, de madeira, rangia excessivamente, ao tempo em que o ventilador de teto funcionava de modo precário.

A localização próxima ao centro da cidade.

Cons:

A descortesia em relação ao café da manhã. No site dizia café da manhã incluso. Chegando no hotel, falaram em cortesia. No primeiro dia não teve café e na quarta-feira disseram que a funcionária havia faltado e não teria café da manhã. No site diz hotel 4 estrelas, em minha avaliação é um hostel precarizado.

Hotel is not well kept and they have zero atention to details. Bedside lamp did not worked. TV did not worked simply they had one socket so either connect the tv or the cable box. Internet did not work, so try to call front desk to find phone does not work. Walk to reception to be handed new wifi instructions as the ones printed and displayed in the room are incorrect, why not change the papers in the room?. The walls looks like mould is scraping the paint out. Next morning wake up to open the curtains to find a garden that looks like a horror movie set. Breakfast disorganized, they had a big group and did not know where to sit me, finally got a table, no table cloth, no cutlery, when all other tables has one, and have to wait for the waitres that was paying more atetion to her phone that to guests, finally got breakfast, just a tipical rice and beans with scrambles eggs, just a ok breaksfast. So basically keep scrolling and find other accommodation.

No lo recomiendo
Cons:

El desayuno duro mas de 40min en salir y eran 2 arepas, no se podía elegir nada mas, un muchacho pidió unos huevos y le dijeron que no, el parqueo es un poco incómodo si guardas tu carro no lo puedes sacar y las instalaciones se ven un poco descuidadas y no del todo limpias
