Hotel is not well kept and they have zero atention to details. Bedside lamp did not worked. TV did not worked simply they had one socket so either connect the tv or the cable box. Internet did not work, so try to call front desk to find phone does not work. Walk to reception to be handed new wifi instructions as the ones printed and displayed in the room are incorrect, why not change the papers in the room?. The walls looks like mould is scraping the paint out. Next morning wake up to open the curtains to find a garden that looks like a horror movie set. Breakfast disorganized, they had a big group and did not know where to sit me, finally got a table, no table cloth, no cutlery, when all other tables has one, and have to wait for the waitres that was paying more atetion to her phone that to guests, finally got breakfast, just a tipical rice and beans with scrambles eggs, just a ok breaksfast. So basically keep scrolling and find other accommodation.
El desayuno duro mas de 40min en salir y eran 2 arepas, no se podía elegir nada mas, un muchacho pidió unos huevos y le dijeron que no, el parqueo es un poco incómodo si guardas tu carro no lo puedes sacar y las instalaciones se ven un poco descuidadas y no del todo limpias

Pedí para 5 personas y me dieron 2 camas, de la cual una sonaba horrible para acceder al carro tenía que pedir que me abrieran un portón, no tenía acceso de lo contrario.
La ubicación pues el sector nos permitió salir a comer y a comprar sin problemas.
Debiera haber más opciones para el desayuno para quienes deseen desayunos tipo buffet

Cuando llegue a mi habitación no habian paños, ni jabon, el papel higenico estaba usado.. Y el cuarto estaba sucio, el baño tambien y las cobijas de la cama tambien.
Me encantó la atención del personal, muy amables y consecuentes en todo momento, el desayuno muy rico, la ubicación estratégica y las instalaciones confortables.
El corto tiempo que pude disfrutar las instalaciones.

Noise from the road...very uncomfortable bed, very squeaky floor, no Wi-Fi in the room as it is at the end of the corridor.
Lacks maintenance. The television must have been broken as only mark on the wall now. This was room number 7, not a good choice. I actually booked 2 rooms, my son s room wasn't much better. I was told that I had been upgraded so that I could be near my son........

Debo decir que en la página decía que el desayuno estaba incluído, pero me cobraron 5 dólares por cada desayuno.
