Tehokas ilmastointi, lämmin suihku ja hiustenkuivaaja oli plussaa. Nukuin hyvin. Todella lämmin vastaanotto ja mukava henkilökunta. Sijainti myös kiva

Vähän kuului Hanoin liikennemelu kyllä mutta sitä ei pääse varmaan karkuun missään täällä 😁 ihan hyvä paikka lyhyelle vierailulle.

I only paid less so I can’t complain anymore.
Pros:

It was a bit spacious with balcony.

Cons:

Staff were not very accommodating, perhaps because there was a language barrier. My room was on the second floor, and there was no lift. The stairs were quite steep, so you need to be very careful, especially when carrying luggage. No one also assisted me when I brought my luggage down to the lobby. AC didn’t work well.

Приветливый персонал. расположение отеля. здание в старинном стиле

Cons:

По приезду обнаружили, что все постельное белье в чьих то жёлтых пятнах пота! Наволочки, простынь, пододеяльник ...полотенец не было. Попросили все заменить и принести полотенца . В холодильнике обнаружили клок черных волос)

Great value and loocation.
Pros:

I ended up staying at the owner's other hotel which was very close by. The area is excellent – close to everything in the old quarter. The room was spacious and comfortable.

the host is my favorite host in Vietnam even though I stayed in many cities and changed a lot of accommodation while I was here, the accommodation is ok, perfect for the price you pay, it was clean and the location is very good because everything is close to it

Basic and cheap
Pros:

Hotel is in a really good location. The owner was really nice and accommodating. We got late check out and were able to store our luggage with him, as well as having use of a shower before we had an evening flight.

Cons:

Room was basic but clean. There is also no lift.
