THE ROOM INTERIOR WAS VERY GOOD.

Cons:

THE BATHROOM LOCK WAS NON FUNCTIONAL.
THE HOUSE KEEPING DOES NOT REPLACE THE COFFEE MUGS - THEY REWASH AND GIVE IT BACK . HOUSEKEEPING STAFF IS RUDE.

Comfortable modern stay with great views
Pros:

Although it was a short stay, the hotel offers a more upscale, modern feel compared to others. The room was spacious, with a nice view where you could see the water, which added a lot to the experience. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was also very good.

The location is convenient, similar to other central areas, with easy access to nearby spots.

Cons:

The service felt a bit impersonal. The staff came across as somewhat apathetic, which contrasts with the warmer hospitality found in other places.

Not value for money. Beasuse of Prime location they are charging high rates.

Pros:

The room and bathroom are clean and well appointed. We had a comfortable stay for one night. The location worked well for us as s we wanted to explore South Bombay.

Cons:

There is a space for hanging clothes, but it would be more convenient to have a wardrobe in the room.
