Pros:

La locación es increíble.
El personal fantástico. Siempre atentos.

Design is beautiful

Cons:

Room was very noisy people passing next by in the street so couldn't have the only curtain open, was super loud and people talked laud at 6 am waking me up... Uncomfortable bed and no hot water... When I said to the desk about they they just didn't care.

Un hotelito hermoso con excelente precio calidad y cerca de todo
Pros:

Fui por trabajo pero senti que fue descanso de vacaciones el servicio del personal supero mis expectativas muy amables resolutivos y atentos. El hotel tiene hermosos detalles que hacen de una estadía muy cálida y cómoda.

Pros:

Location and style of property. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room was a little small. The street lights came through the bathroom and made the room light at night for sleeping. Could do with a blind in the bathroom to block outside light.

Pros:

El personal es muy atento y con una excelente actitud de apoyo , las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas
El hotel está ubicado en el centro lo que hace que puedas caminar sin problema alguno a los lugares más emblemáticos de Mérida..sin duda la estancia fue placentera
