Excelente hotel
Pros:

El personal es muy atento y con una excelente actitud de apoyo , las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas
El hotel está ubicado en el centro lo que hace que puedas caminar sin problema alguno a los lugares más emblemáticos de Mérida..sin duda la estancia fue placentera

Lo recomiendo mucho
Pros:

Fui por trabajo y fue perfecto. La atención muy amable en todo momento. Todo fue muy ágil. La ubicación es perfecta. Es un hotel sencillo, pero muy bonito, muy cómodo. La decoración es linda.

Cons:

Creo que el internet podría ser mejor.

El hotel muy limpio, nuevo, tranquilo y con todas los servicios. Esta bien ubicado. El chico que está por las mañanas, atento,, amable y buena actitud.

Cons:

La persona que esta en el turno tarde- noche requiere dar mejor trato, escuchar lo que el huésped pregunta para responder y resolver.

L'emplacement.
La capacité du personnel à répondre à toutes nos questions. Dans une ville comme Merida, où l'intérêt est aussi de découvrir le Yucatan, avoir quelqu'un pour vous aider à choisir les lieux, à se repérer dans les agences de car et les différentes stations est précieux.

Cons:

Tout était très chouette, surtout si on fait tous attention à ne pas être trop bruyant. On peut facilement s'entendre avec une telle hauteur de plafond, par écho.
Bonne chance en cas de moustique dans des chambres aussi hautes 😄

Coqueto en zona norte
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable, tanto Didier como Jonathan.
La habitación es muy bonita y la estructura tiene una piscina como si fuera un “cenote artificial”.
Hay un rincón de tés y cafés gratuitos para los huéspedes. Ubicación buena, en la zona norte, la más bonita después del centro.

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó no tenía ventanas y esto dificulta la ventilación. Además aún así se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle. La puerta del baño no se cerraba bien y entraba mucha luz del techo del baño. Solo nos alojamos una noche así que esto no nos afectó mucho.

Good stay, except, note that they have rooms w/o windows despite no picture shown.
Pros:

Great location! Staff were friendly, room was clean.

Cons:

I was assigned to a non-window room which I did not realize was an option. It was disappointing as rooms shown in the pictures have windows.

Pros:

Lage ist Top! Man kann zu Fuß quasi alles erreichen. Für uns war der Pool nicht relevant aber er ist quasi ein gefluteter Keller

Cons:

Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wasserdruck ist quasi nicht vorhanden.
