Muy amables, la recepción super linda, las habitaciones también y las personas muy muy amables. Viaje con mis padres y se esmeraron por atenderlos de la mejor forma posible

El desayuno debería está incluido igual que la mayoría de los hoteles del sector, además costos 7 dólares el desayuno para recibir papas fritas, sin Fruta y huevo hecho al microondas, además varias veces se le dijo al administrador que hay un TV que no funcionaba y no se pudo arreglar

Όλα ήταν άψογα καλύτερα από ότι περιμέναμε, είμασταν 4 άτομα κλείσαμε 2 δωμάτια και τα δυο είχαν θέα τις πυραμίδες..Επίσης να πω ότι το ξενοδοχείο έχει πολυ καλά τουρ εκδρομών με φοβερές τιμές όποτε να μην κλείσετε τπτ νωρίτερα αλλά αφού πάτε γιατί αυτές τις τιμές δεν θα τις βρείτε σίγουρα..Το προτείνω με χίλια.

Für den Preis angemessene gute Unterkunft, Flexibilität und Improvasitionsgeist werden benötigt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist im Prinzip sehr gut, die Pyramiden in Sichtweite, vor allem von der Frühstücksterasse, echt atemberaubend. Zu den Pyramiden und vor allem zum Museum benötigt man ein Taxi bzw. Tuk Tuk. Großer Parkplatz, hauptsächlich Omnibusse direkt nebenan, aber kein Lärm. Frühstück ist arabisch/ägyptisch, nichts Aufregendes, (Instant Kaffee) aber OK. Zimmer sind relativ groß, sauber. Dusche mit Boiler, der wenig Druck liefert, am besten den Duschkopf in der Halterung lassen. Großer TV, aber außer BBC News alles in Arabisch. Die Damen vom Frühstück und Zimmerservice sind sehr bemüht, Nachschlag beim Frühstück kein Problem, gewünschte Zimmerreinigung wird täglich abgefragt, aber nicht immer durchgeführt.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft auch am späten Abend wird sofort die volle Bezahlung verlangt, bei Kartenzahlung (Visa) 5 % Aufschlag. Davon ist bei Booking.com nichts zu lesen. Verwirrend ist ferner, dass auf der Buchungsbestätigung $ stehen, der Rechnungspreis aber in EGP ausgewiesen wird. Man muss also auch den $ Kurs kennen. Auf alle Fälle vor Bezahlung sich die Zimmer ansehen.
Die tolle Lage bringt zwei Probleme für Reisende mit sich, es liegt in einer Seitenstraße in einem reinen Wohngebiet, mit kleinen Gassen und Sträßchen. Zusätzlich gibt es mehrere Hotels mit ähnlichen Namen, somit Problem für jeden Taxifahrer trotz Google Maps etc. Das Hotel hat keine Visitenkarte oder Wegbeschreibung, weder in Englisch noch Arabisch, das sollte zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Kostet sonst viel Zeit und führt öfters zu Nachforderungen der Taxifahrer. Das zweite Problem ist, es gibt keine Restaurants etc. in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Es empfiehlt sich z.B. im Museum zu Abend zu essen, dort gibt es eine große Auswahl in dem rechten Flügel.

A localização embora seja perto das atrações turisticas (pirâmides, esfinge....), não conseguimos ir sozinho, e não co seguimos andar aos arredores do hotel sozinhos...
