Pros:

Un cadre exceptionnel, un petit musée a ciel ouvert....un accueil très chaleureux, une personne aux petits soins pour ses clients, prête à partager avec eux ses expériences si ils en ont envie. Des liens se créent, on a qu'une envie, revenir!
Et en bonus, un emplacement en centre ville permettant de laisser sa voiture sur le parking de l'hôtel pour tout faire à pied...

An quirky and comfortable place from which to explore Agen and the surrounding areas.
Pros:

Stephane and his able assistant, Ulysses, were warm and welcoming. Chateau de Jacobins' quirky decor put a smile on our faces from the moment we arrived and our room was large and comfortable.

Pros:

The hotel, our room and our host. Secure parking in the courtyard very welcome (bikes on the back).

Cons:

The town on a Sunday evening was largely closed with a poor choice of places to eat. Agen seems a bit tired.

Pros:

A very warm welcome and a superb breakfast. Very attentive staff. Ideally situated in the centre of Agen.

Cons:

This is an historic property full of antiques and beautiful furniture. I personally would have appreciated a more modern bathroom.

Accueil et séjour exceptionnel
Pros:

Nous avons reçu un accueil royal par Stéphane et son adorable chien Ulysse.Le cadre est magnifique.Le château est situé dans le centre historique d'Agen en face d'une église du XIII siècle à proximité de nombreux restaurants. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié..L'endroit est très calme et reposant.Le parking gratuit et sécurisé est très appréciable.Si nous passons par Agen l'année prochaine nous y séjournerons sûrement.Merci à Stéphane et son personnel pour se séjour inoubliable.
