Clean room, nice workers and it’s a quiet room,can’t hear anyone from the other rooms and I love the area. I’m usually from Scotland and visiting for boyfriend and he stays around the area we stayed here 3 times now and it’s been great. I recommend it first best hotel
In the centre of town. Conveniently situated.
Friendly helpful staff throughout the hotel. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The bar/breakfast area was light and airy. Great choices of food for breakfast. The room was clean and tidy the bed very comfortable with a huge mounted tv Bathroom was large and exceptionally clean.

The supervisor on reception on the day of our arrival was amazing she was cheerful and friendly you could tell she was commited to her job

All you can eat , help yourself breakfast , with a wide amount of choice.
Car park charges : car park owned by Nuneaton and Bedworth borough council instead of Hilton and the council are benefiting from that.
Friendly and helpful staff, quick and easy check in, lovely decor in the reception, bar and dining area, and a great buffet breakfast.
We had a quiet room (which we requested in advance), which was clean and comfortable and perfect for our short break. Plenty of parking right by the hotel, not too expensive, and level access to the hotel.
It was slightly expensive but otherwise all was perfect, and we would stay there again.

The location was not far from where we were visiting. We have stay here before and I must say our previous stay was much better.
The room we stayed in was very dusty, especially when I pulled out the ironing board, which I had to wipe down before I ironed my white clothes. The bedside tables were also very dusty. The whole of the corridors on the 1st floor looked as if they had not been vacuumed in days.
