Good proximity to town centre. Very clean

Staff were lovely on reception, the room was absolutely beautiful, the decor was stunning, drinks at the bar were lovely too, the gym was great, small but had everything required for a little workout, breakfast was delicious!

Your breakfast let it down - hot food was only lukewarm, which I did mention to a member of staff.
Coffee was very strong but orange juice tasted watered down
Location to the venue we visited was so near and the staff were lovely. The room was great too.
Breakfast was ok, no hashbrowns and a few cheap food products were used.
The hotel is in a great location very well laid out and has parking next to it (which you have to pay for but it is reasonable cost.
The staff were exceptional due to an error on our part a major error in booking was resolved with minimum fuss and at no extra cost to us. I cannot praise the attitude of the night staff enough. Thankyou

Just don't like the area
Spotless with great air con. They gave my dog a little welcome package which was super sweet. Biiiig comfy bed, loved the little bed desk for working on my laptop. WiFi excellent. Staff helpful.

Large open plan reception bar/dining area. It felt very comfortable and relaxing to be in. Nicely decorated, stylish and spotlessly clean, the whole place looked new. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our dog also was made to feel very welcome with his own goody bag! We felt relaxed immediately. Very well air conditioned in all areas including our room. We loved having a sofa as well as the large comfy bed. Everything was beautifully presented and clean.
