A short trip but felt like a holiday .

Excellent stay
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional , a huge choice. Bed very comfortable and pillows. Comfortable bar and seating areas. I asked for a quiet room and was on top floor with a view over rooftops. Ten out of ten for me. I shall go again.

The hotel was good but what made it perfect was the staff, welcoming, happy and helpful, they couldn't do enough

Pros:

Everything was a lovely experience we used the hotel as our daughter was completing at the British athletics championships in Birmingham we travelled from Dorset the staff were so helpful as they let my daughter have a late check out. Massive thank you for that made a massive difference . Came forth at champs thank you

Overall Great Stay!
Pros:

Hotel room had absolutely everything needed as I was staying overnight in the area for work. Fridge, iron, table to work from, even aircon as the weather was hot. Staff were friendly, place was clean and tidy and still looked new and well looked after. Bed was really comfortable. Was really happy with the stay.

Cons:

One thing I always find a problem when staying away, as I am lactose intolerant I have to use different milk options. Having oat milk in your coffee or tea isn't very nice and I do think that hospitality sector should be able to provide lactose free milk for people to have normal drinks. I had a coffee with oat milk in and couldn't drink it which was a waste and then I started the day without a brew. To be able to have cereal with lactose free milk would have been great also because having cereal with oat milk is also not nice.
The sheet on my bed was also ripped on the side which I saw when getting something off the floor. Not a massive issue but wouldn't have expected that from the Hampton Hotel.
