Modern, clean and comfy
Pros:

Clean comfy modern room and bathroom but tight for space but is king bed. Dinner available and very good. Plenty parking. Refurbished bar / dining area. Open air terrace. Plenty in room snacks

Cons:

Fruit, bread and juices at breakfast could do with upgrading

Lack of drawers in room. Standard room very small. Pillows rather hard.

Excellent base
Pros:

The accessibility and the various amenities. The food and service in the restaurant were excellent and the different snacks and drinks in the bar made the stay comfortable.

Cons:

Didn't like the gliding bathroom doors and we could have used a few more clothes hangers - both minor issues.

Good stay but wouldn’t stay again

Lovely hotel nice decor

Cons:

No lift I really struggled to get upstairs to my room which was no 1 the room right above the ballroom which had a wedding on I cant understand why guests not booking through the wedding would be put in one of the only rooms above the ballroom a wedding guest should have been in that room as I went to bed at 11 and had to listen to the band until 12.30

Fantastic place. Except for the bed
Pros:

Everything except one thing.

Cons:

A “double” bed. Which wasn’t. Two singles pushed together and both sloped inwards. Two dreadful nights sleep. Because of the beds.

Would use again, very nice short stay.
Pros:

The room was lovely and very clean. It was ready early, so we were allowed to drop off bags which was very helpful. The breakfast was very good too. The staff without exception were friendly polite and helpful.

Cons:

The bedroom was a little warm overnight.

Staff were exceptional apart from one older lady who i found a little too abrupt for the occasion ( my mums funeral ) she was still tipped generously
