Below average comfort but not expensive
Pros:

Area is nice, hoyel especially outside is very nice, with a swimming pool and place for kids. Room was also clean. I think best was really price- i would say it is just spot on for this level of comfort.

Cons:

Very thin doors, had a feeling you can open them without a card. Very noisy rooms, i could hear people talkin and in the night snoring from room behinds. It was cold despite there was a system to heat but it was not turned on centrally most likely. Instead of carpet there was a plastic floor. Worst was shower and a toilet together, i learnt it was a bulgarian invention 50 years ago and fine, at home you can have it, but not in the hotel. Last but not least was a super terrible but expensive food in the menu. A, no daily room service which is also a big surprise. It is this kond of hotels you come sleep and forget about and think twice if you want to come back

Чудесен престой
Pros:

Хотелът се намира на много живописно място. Чисто и удобно. Професионално и любезно отношение от персонала. Прекрасна кухня. Закуската беше много богата, с качествени продукти. Препоръчвам това място.

Като препоръка - да има повече шезлонги около басейна.

Хареса ни разположението, гледките, чистотата и осигуреността с всичко необходимо в хотела. Бихме гостували отново на хотела, но без да ползваме ресторанта.

Cons:

Освен на закуска, през останалото време обслужването в ресторанта беше ужасно. Непочистени маси от предходни клиенти, чакане поне час да бъде приета поръчката, ходене по няколко пъти до бара, за да си вземем чаши, оливерник и друга посуда, да попитаме какво става с храната, която се оказа и зле приготвена, а пък доста скъпа, непохватен персонал. Не е редно и ползването на игрището, което е отлично направено за баскетбол, волейбол и футбол, да се заплаща то гостите на хотела и то на такава висока цена!

Оборудването на стаите беше много добро с внимание към удобството на гостите. СПА центърът работеше без прекъсване, беше много чисто и удобно.

Zimmer waren sauber und neu

Cons:

Da Hotel war sauber und relativ neu. Wir hatte nur Einzelbetten die wir selber zusammenschieben durften. Das Restaurant war wirklich das schlechteste welches ich jemals besucht habe. Unser Gericht sah aus wie Reste vom Buffet, alles kalt und pappig. Als wir das bemängelt haben, wurde uns gesagt, der koch ist halt verrückt und der Teller ist ja warm, das reicht ja. Und dafür hat man dann pro Menü fast 20,- bezahlt. Wo anders essen gehen. Ich geht nicht weil das wie eine Art Sozialsiedlung ist
