Amazing!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would definitely come back with great pleasure!

The hotel is very well located, not far from the city center, and has a lovely atmosphere in the evening. The breakfast was very good, and the restaurant was amazing, with delicious food and a great atmosphere.

The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was spotless and very clean, with new and comfortable bedding. It was also well equipped and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

Overall, I had a really enjoyable experience. For me, this is one of the best hotels in terms of value for money. I highly recommend it and would be very happy to stay here again!

Ogólnie pobyt oceniam pozytywnie
Pros:

- lokalizacja blisko tramwaju T1 oraz pociągu
- w okolicy dużo restauracji, sklepów, apteka
- wygodne łóżko
- bardzo miła obsługa podczas śniadań oraz w recepcji
- sprzątanie pokoju na plus, czysto, ręczniki codziennie wymieniane
- nie było głośno

Cons:

- śniadania smaczne natomiast mały wybór, średnie napoje
- brak kosza na śmieci w pokoju, tylko mały w łazience
- nie jedliśmy kolacji w hotelu, ale kelnerzy zawsze podczas wejścia w porze wieczornej chcieli żebyśmy usiedli i coś zjedli. Niepotrzebne komentarze w stylu ile już tu jesteście a nie chcecie tu zjeść - ceny ze zniżką 10% były wyższe niż w okolicy.

Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Friendly staff, easy to find, good location, great breakfast and meals throughout the day. Endless tea with breakfast, very accomodating with check in and out. Personalised service.

Cons:

Can’t complain at all but just one thin blanket for the bed. I’m sure we could have asked for more but nothing extra readily available in the room. Also was summer when we visited so not really a problem.

Wszystko było super, lokalizacja hotelu idealna. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, ręczniki wymieniane. Byliśmy w hotelu 13 dni. Sniadania super, obawialiśmy się hałasu z ulicy bo kilka osób pisało w komentarzach, ale było spokojnie w nocy. Wielkie pozdrowienia dla kelnera Polat, obsługa przez niego na śniadaniach była mistrzowska. Dziekujęmy za wspaniały pobyt. Pozdrawiamy

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Harbour Hotel. The room was very clean and pleasant. We appreciated the central location and perhaps most of all the friendly relaxed service. The staff was very accommodating and kind, especially the gentlemen running the breakfast service. The breakfast itself was excellent. Although the choice might feel limited for longer stays it was really nice to have your meal cooked to order every morning. The restaurant was also nice so we ate there several times. Clearly a very well run facility. We would definitely go there again.

Cons:

The only minor thing that bothered us was that the blanket on the double bed was far too small for the bed. We asked for an extra blanket but it kept being taken away by the cleaning staff (who were otherwise great) each morning so we had to ask for it again a few times. A larger blanket for the double bed would therefore be worth considering.

Some reviews mentioned noise from the nearby square but I think it is only a problem if you are a very light sleeper as it never bothered us.

Hotelul este amplasat într-o zonă cu multe restaurante și terase. Personalul a fost foarte amabil iar camera primită a fost impecabilă, în fiecare zi fiind schimbate prosoapele și lenjeria de pat.

Cons:

Mic-dejunul nu este foarte diversificat însă oricum, ceea ce am primit a fost foarte bun. Ar fi fost util să avem un fier de călcat în cameră.

Struttura davvero ottima, staff gentilissimo, wifi veloce e pulizia eccellente.
Anche le camere molto belle e curate. Addirittura c’è la smart tv.

Cons:

Ad alcuni potrebbe non piacere la posizione, in mezzo a molti ristoranti che posso fare rumore fino a tardi, ma a noi non ha dato troppo fastidio.
Forse aggiungerei più scelta alla colazione che non è a buffet, però molto buona.

Pros:

La posizione è in un quartiere molto vivo e colorato, almeno nelle vicinanze. A 10 minuti a piedi dalle principali moschee della città e dalla fermata del tram (fondamentale per muoversi).
Qualità prezzo eccezionale (così come la colazione e lo staff, in particolare un ragazzo gentilissimo che ormai conosceva i nostri gusti a memoria)
