Don’t let the outside fool you! The place is great!
Pros:

The room was large and you can’t beat the view of the ocean from the bed!

Cons:

The lobby and stairs area were a little sketchy. There were only two pillows on the bed. We could have used a couple more to watch tv more comfortably. Also one of the towels had a big bleach stain on it.

you can hear the ocean waves lull you to sleep, and yet I couldn't walk to them from there.

The property is conveniently located near numerous places and towns. I highly recommend it; it’s a beautiful place.

One minute away from main road. The clean room, a/c and bed were really comfortable.

Cons:

Even though I felt safe, I was surprised that I could access the inside of the building and up the stairs straight up. Maybe a security door for downstairs area. Again, I felt safe and nothing happened, just a thought.
