Pros:

The room and that facility was excellent the pool could need a little more attention and cleaning

Nothing at all. Don't believe to the pictures on the app. It is not same as facilities

Cons:

Very rude reception. Check in time reception treats us as a beggars. Attitude is extremely bad .

Der Preis war in Ordnung aber ich habe mir schon etwas mehr Komfort erwartet.

Cons:

Die Betten und Matratzen waren sehr unbequem ich hatte nach einer Nacht Rückenschmerzen. Obwohl ein Doppelbett gebucht wurde waren es zwei Einzelbetten.
Das Internet war schlecht, und war nicht wirklich sauber und es hat unangenehm gerochen.
Außerdem durfte man nicht Rauchen am Balkon , was auf so einen Balkon eigentlich egal sein sollte.

Cons:

Personal hätte etwas höflicher sein können, keine Antwort erhalten wo mein Zimmer ist mußte selbst suchen, kein Kaffee oder Tee zum selbst machen, nicht vorhanden, Klimaanlage sehr laut. Für mich ist höchstens 3 ***

Good location and good value for money. Enjoyed the size of the room.

First and last stay here.
Pros:

Was good that we could keep our baggage after checkout, front desk staff were friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was crap. They did not even have tea bags, which is probably the simplest offer, for breakfast. No milk, instead there was milk powder. What is the hotel's saving strategy? The showerhead was damaged, and water was dripping. No tea bags or coffee sachets in the room either. No soap in the bathroom, had to wash hands using the shower gel man!
