Cons:

I have stayed at this hotel more than five times, so this review is based on my genuine experience. During my recent 2-night stay, I politely requested one extra pillow because I have neck pain. Unfortunately, my request was repeatedly refused, and I was simply told, "No pillow."

I find it hard to believe that a hotel of this size does not have a single extra pillow for a returning guest. It's disappointing that such a small and reasonable request couldn't be accommodated.

Customer service is about making guests feel comfortable, and this experience was disappointing. I hope the management will improve their service and be more considerate of guests' needs in the future.
