Served its purpose.
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel four times. Convenient location for visiting family in Brooklyn. Route into Manhattan is almost straight making trips easier than other places in the boroughs.

Cons:

We’ve stayed here four times. Outside noise level can be intrusive for rooms at the front. Staff this time around seemed indifferent.

Don’t expect much, very disappointing
Pros:

Lobby looked ok, until you walked into the filthiest elevator!

Cons:

Property was not ready even at 4.30pm! Check in as at 3pm!!!
Staff didn’t have a clue, young girls who didn’t seem to bothered , and were very unprofessional.

Great prices on junior suite, nice staff, great location, good service bringing coverlets and towels to room

Cons:

Floor 4 has awful stains on the hallway carpet. Maybe replace carpet. Elevator floor has chunks missing from “logs”…. And lobby floor looks aged and poorly maintained.other than that, excellent.

Hotel is a little worn for wear and could use some refreshing especially carpets in hall. Towels too could be replaced ~ very worn and thin.
