Bon séjour malgré tout
Pros:

Emplacement, petit déjeuner exceptionnels

Cons:

La chambre grand promenade dispose d’une salle de bain non fermée et une baignoire qui prend trop de place dans la chambre. Pas assez de place pour déposer les articles de bains près du lavabo.
La chambre ne dispose par ailleurs pas d’étagère pour ranger les vêtements, seule une penderie est présente. Insuffisant
Le ménage a l’arrivée était moyen, de la poussière sous le meuble de salle de bain et boîte de mouchoirs vide.
La poignée intérieure des toilettes était défaillante, une personne est venue pour la réparer mais cela n’a rien changé.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Ihnen sehr genossen und uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das Frühstücksteam: stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hervorragend organisiert. Man spürte die Freude an der Arbeit. Mit einem guten Auge für die kleinen Details, diskret im Hintergrund und dennoch immer präsent – und dabei stets mit einem Lächeln.

Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Lili und Bence für ihre Geduld, ihre Herzlichkeit und die vielen hilfreichen Tipps rund um Budapest. Ihre Empfehlungen haben unseren Aufenthalt bereichert und uns die Stadt noch nähergebracht

Auch unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Bett war äußerst bequem und hat für erholsame Nächte gesorgt..

Cons:

Für einen zukünftigen Aufenthalt würden wir uns lediglich ein Zimmer auf einer niedrigeren Etage wünschen. Trotz Klimaanlage wurde es durch die Dachschräge recht warm. Dies hat unseren insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck jedoch kaum beeinträchtigt.

Nochmals herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team für die wunderbare Zeit.

Pros:

Ein schönes, sauberes Hotel sehr zentral. Die Nähe zur Oper ist ein guter Startpunkt für Erkundungen.
Die Bar im Hotel ermöglicht einen gemütlichen Abend und das Frühstück hat alles was gewünscht ist, also ein guter Start in den Morgen.

Camera molto bella , ben curata , bagno un po’ piccolino ma delizioso
Il letto molto comodo e un Wi-Fi degno dei migliori hotel.

Cons:

Lo staff al desk e’ stato davvero maleducato !!!!! Non all’altezza di questa struttura . La colazione dovrebbe curare di più la parte dolce .

Der gesamte Aufenthalt in unserem Premiumzimmern war super. Die Auswahl am Fürhstücksbuffet war groß und vielfältig.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in perfekter Lage. Frühstück reichhaltig. Hilfsbereiten Personal, ruhige, große Zimmer nach hinten.

Cons:

Leider keine günstigen Parkplätze in der Nähe, einige der Restaurants in der Umgebung Touristen Fallen.
