В первую очередь хотел бы отметить очень дружелюбный персонал на ресепшен и в ресторане. Хороший, чистый, комфортный номер. Отличные огромные завтраки. По вечерам было шумно в номере из-за дискотеки на балконе третьего этажа, но это скорее особенность этого отеля, а не минус. У отеля нет своей территории, а бассейн находится немного в стороне, между отелем и пирсом.

I'm very disappointed with my choice of hotel. I booked for one night at a cost of $280 in the deluxe category with a balcony. On the plus side, the presence of a comfortable balcony and a view, and breakfasts (large portions and tasty). Next cons: the room smelled unbearably from the bathroom, it just frankly smelled of sewage. The staff did not react to it at all, offered to just ventilate. It didn't help and I had to endure the stench. Next, when booking, I emphasised that it was important for me that the room was quiet. In fact, I got a room 20 metres from the hotel bar where music was playing until two o'clock in the morning. The music was playing club loud and the bass just hit the head . I went down to the reception and asked you to make it quieter, but the staff didn't want to help at all. As a result, I woke up with a terrible headache. For $300 it's disgusting. I still don't understand how this could have happened and why they didn't warn me in advance and didn't offer to change the room. Apparently, they thought it would work out anyway.
the location of the hotel was superb, it's restaurant where the breakfast was served is very nice, the most iconic view you can have of Gocek. it's roof bar also was very nice, good music, good atmosphere, and perfect drinks. they stopped music on 1 AM which was a good time for us . also the room was sound proof and the night club's music didn't annoy us. thanks from restaurant staff they were very welcoming and good behaving. hotel's pool was amazing.
the lift wasn't working the whole time we were there. front desk staff were welcoming but not helping with the language.
