Not bad, new rooms
Pros:

The location is convenient for tourist attractions, the room looked newly renovated, there was AC, refrigerator in the room, wifi worked well. Staff spoke decent English and the young owner seemed personable and open to improvements. I had an early check-in and could leave my bag after check out.

Cons:

My room had only a tiny window facing a wall, so there was very little natural light and fresh air. It was good for being quiet, but was not good for a healthy sleep to me. This room is good for a family with children, when it can be combined with the other room with big windows and a balcony facing the street. There is also an issue with ventilation, which can only be switched off at night by staff, if one asks, otherwise it is humming constantly and not all can sleep with that.

check-in-ul a fost foarte dificil, deoarece, deși am ajuns la 14.00 fix, a trebuit să mai așteptăm încă aproximativ jumătate de oră, pentru că nu era camera curățată. Iar ca și compensare ni s-a oferit 25 minute de late check-out, lucru care oricum nu ne-a ajutat. De asemenea, când am ajuns în cameră, în baie era pe tavan o pată mare de mucegai. Presiunea apei de la duș este inexistentă, abia dacă picură. În această perioadă este o idee foarte proastă să vă cazați acolo, pentru că se lucrează pe stradă și lucrările nu sunt doar ziua, ci in sunt si noaptea: in a doua noapte au început de la patru dimineața, după care în ultima noapte au fost toată noaptea lucrări. Se aude foarte tare prin termopane, deci nu sunt grozave. Deși teoretic am așteptat ca să se facă curățenie, era praf sub noptiere și sub pat. Și încă un lucru care ne-a deranjat foarte tare a fost faptul că gelurile de duș și șamponul erau îndoite cu apă. Adică o sticluță avea densitatea normală și cealalte erau atât de lichide încât curgeau ca și apa.
Intr-una din nopti a pornit si o alarma in hotel.
Groaznic. Nu recomand.

Pros:

1) The location is excellent, it is near gulhane tram station and Sikeci underground train station.
2) The staff were friendly and good.

Cons:

1) No breakfast.
2) Small rooms.
3) No trash box in the room but there is one on the bathroom.

Very good location, right beside the Gülhane train station which makes everything accessible on foot or takes a short train ride. We visited Istanbul many times and this is one of the better hotels, clean unlike others, beds are comfortable, fridge works, climate control works well both for hearing and cooling. Nice and clean bathroom, showers have nice warm water with good preassure unlike other hotels. Room cleaning is regular and on point. The staff is very very nice and kind, they always gave us water and anything we wanted and needed. You will not regret staying at this hotel! We will definitely stay again next time we visit.

Nice experience
Pros:

The hotel was very good. The room was small but clean, and the hotel itself is new with a wonderful view. The location is perfect, close to all transportation and within walking distance of many beautiful tourist attractions. The area was quiet at night, which made it easy to sleep . The service was excellent — Imran and Fouret were very kind and helpful. They kindly allowed us to keep our luggage on the last day since our return flight was delayed, and even let us use their private bathroom after checking out. It was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely come back next time.

Cons:

The mattress was not comfortable
House keeping was provided every other day
